When a Well-Raised Son Grows Up - Chapter 79 - (R-19)
Chapter 79
“Did you come to the festival alone?”
“Wh-Who are you?”
If they were from the village, Abella would have recognized them. They were outsiders, likely visitors from a neighboring village here for the festival… or perhaps merchants and mercenaries who traveled across the continent.
Judging by their appearance, they seemed more like mercenaries.
The rough appearance of the men, rare in a small village like this, was quite intimidating.
Abella glared at them with wary eyes, but the men only laughed as if they found her reaction amusing.
“We’re not bad guys.”
“Yeah, we just saw you alone and thought we’d ask if you wanted to join us.”
One of the men casually placed his hand on Abella’s shoulder as he spoke. Startled, she quickly pulled it away, causing them to laugh out loud at her reaction.
“What, is this the first time a guy’s touched you?”
“Hahaha! She must be an inexperienced virgin!”
Flustered, Abella’s eyes darted around nervously. She wasn’t worried about her safety.
’Carlisle must have seen this…’
This was bad. If Carlisle lost control and attacked these men in such a crowded place, the guards would be there in no time.
‘No, that would cause a lot of trouble,’ she thought, worried.’
After thinking it over, Abella forced a smile and made eye contact with one of the men.
“So, um… how about we move somewhere less crowded?”
She clenched her fists tightly to hide her nerves, but her voice still trembled slightly. Regardless, the men seemed excited by her suggestion and began leading the way into a dark alley.
As soon as they entered the dark alley, Carlisle sprang into action. He grabbed the man who had his hand on Abella’s waist and threw him aside, then began twisting the man’s arm as if he intended to break it.
“Aaaagh!”
The alley echoed with the man’s scream. The others tried to attack Carlisle, but they were no match for him.
With a serious expression, Carlisle quickly and effortlessly brought them all to the ground.
“Phew…”
Watching this, Abella felt relieved that she had moved them to a different spot.
‘That was a good decision,’ she thought.
Carlisle, clearly agitated, had sharp wolf ears poking out from the top of his head. If anyone had seen him like this…
‘That would have been terrible.’
The men who had been groaning in pain soon fell silent, seemingly knocked out by a few of Carlisle’s swift movements. As Abella worriedly glanced at them, Carlisle finally spoke.
“They’re not dead.”
“Phew, that’s a relief.”
Even though Abella was relieved, Carlisle’s expression remained serious. He looked down at her with a somewhat stern face.
“Abella.”
“Yes?” she responded.
“Why did you move to a place like this? What if something happened?”
His voice was unusually sharp. Abella carefully reached out towards his ears, soon feeling the soft, pointed wolf ears under her fingers.
“But I couldn’t let anyone see you like this in front of people.”
“That’s true, but… I can control it. There’s no one around right now, so I’m just letting my guard down,” Carlisle muttered.
“But what if they had weapons? What were you thinking, bringing them to a place like this?”
Abella quietly watched him for a moment, then gently cupped his flushed cheeks and stood on her toes. In the blink of an eye, their lips met and parted.
A soft “smack” echoed in the dark alley from the brief kiss. Then, as if she had been waiting for it, Abella spoke.
“You’re such a worrier.”
“Huh, what?” Carlisle stammered in surprise.
“You used to be so small, and now you’re all grown up, giving me advice.”
“T-That’s because…!”
Abella laughed softly and silenced Carlisle once more with a kiss. As soon as their lips met, Carlisle let out a soft, helpless groan and gently wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her into a warm embrace.
“You know it’s not just nagging… I’m saying this because I’m worried about you.”
As soon as their lips parted, Carlisle immediately began to complain, but before Abella could respond, he silenced her by kissing her again.
“…I want to go home.”
“Huh? Already? But you said you wanted to see the lights,” she replied.
Abella glanced at Carlisle’s face, wondering if he was upset, but it was hard to tell in the dim light.
Even so, Carlisle awkwardly tried to cover his face with one arm.
“…We can see them tomorrow.”
“Suddenly? The lights should come on soon…”
“Well, yeah, but…”
Carlisle’s red eyes darted around nervously, watching Abella for any reaction. Puzzled by his strange behavior, Abella tilted her head in confusion.
“…I can’t exactly make love to you out here on the street, can I?”
Carlisle spoke with an innocent expression as if he were a young boy confessing his feelings.
“Because I know you wouldn’t like that… So let’s just go home quickly.”
Carlisle finished speaking in a very low voice, gently holding the edge of Abella’s sleeve. Abella, who had been listening in a daze, suddenly understood his meaning and waved her arms in surprise.
“Th-That…!”
She couldn’t manage a proper response, her mouth just opening and closing silently. Carlisle gently took her hand and began leading her out of the alley.
“Let’s go, Abella. We’re going home, right? Hmm?”
“Y-Yeah… We should… We should go home, but…”
When they exited the alley, someone called out Abella’s name quite cheerfully.
“Hey, Abella!”
Carlisle was quicker than Abella. When he heard someone else say her name, he quickly scanned the area with a threatening expression.
The person approaching, calling Abella’s name, was a man Carlisle had never seen before.
Abella, who had been stammering with a flushed face, widened her eyes in surprise as soon as she recognized the man.
“Oh, Jake?”
“Jake?”
When Abella called the man’s name, Carlisle, standing beside her, repeated it under his breath with a hint of displeasure. Jake pushed through the crowd and greeted Abella warmly.
“Wow, Abella, it’s been so long! I didn’t expect to see you at the winter festival. How have you been?”
Jake, clearly excited to see Abella, quickly began asking about her well-being. However, before Abella could respond, Carlisle stepped between them.
“Who are you? A friend?”
Carlisle asked as he tightly wrapped his arm around Abella’s waist, making it clear he was protective.
“I’ve never seen you before…”
Abella smiled faintly and replied,
“Oh, it’s a friend from the neighboring village. I haven’t seen them in a while.” Carlisle responded indifferently, subtly pulling at Abella’s clothes as if to tell her to hurry. Nevertheless, Abella exchanged a few words with her friend Jake before they parted ways.
This caused a slight crack to appear in Carlisle’s expression.
***
“C-Carlisle!”
As soon as they entered the house, Carlisle pressed his lips forcefully against hers. Startled, Abella tried to push him away, but he didn’t move. Instead, his solid, rock-like body pressed even closer to her.
“Are you close?”
“What?”
“That guy, Jake or whatever his name is… are you close with him?”
“No, we’re not close… It’s just that when I occasionally go to the market in the neighboring village… he helped me out a few times”.
“I feel kind of upset.”
His big hands began to gently remove Abella’s coat as if it were flowing water. In no time, Abella was n*ked and shivering, so he threw a few more logs into the fireplace.
“I don’t have any friends of the opposite sex… but it seems like you have too many.”
“No, I don’t have… ugh.”
“You have a lot. Plus, you’re close with my older brother too…”
Abella couldn’t help but let out a small laugh, seeing Carlisle bring up Leo as well.
“What? You’re being silly.”
Carlisle continued to grumble without stopping. Watching him, Abella suddenly had an idea. She smiled and held out both hands to Carlisle.
Then, she suddenly unbuttoned the front of his tightly fastened pants.
“Ah, Abella?”
As she quickly pulled down his underwear, his excited flesh jumped eagerly. Without hesitation, Abella grabbed the hard c*ck and brought her lips to the tip where a bead of fluid had formed.
Startled, Carlisle tried to stop her, but Abella was quicker. By the time he shouted, the tip had already entered her mouth.
