Not Sober - Chapter 2. Part 9
Chapter 2. Part 9
“Well, you’re right, I shouldn’t be so disappointed,” he said
‘Was I that bad? Was I that much worse than that potato-f*cker guy from earlier?’
In an instant, his once towering confidence crashed to the ground. He murmured, his voice heavy with defeat.
“No. It’s just… I feel sorry for you, being dumped by that guy like that,” he added, his tone tinged with bitterness.
“Why do you care if I get dumped or not?” she retorted.
“Yeah. Why does it even matter?” she mumbled, her frustration evident in her voice.
Jenna was right about everything, and that only fueled his anger. His pride had been completely shattered, and he couldn’t find the words to argue against it.
He had never had anything like this happen to him before in his entire life.
“Do you like his body, right? You know what, Min Jenna? Athletes’ bodies are f*cking sluts. You’re only hurting yourself by having s*x with him.”
Observing Jenna’s expression, Sung-chan fell silent. He felt embarrassed to be the one surrendering like a doormat.
“Well, I have stronger abs, and I’m more handsome than him,” he retorted.
“Is that all you wanted to say, senior?” she responded
Jenna emphasized the word “senior” with each letter, hoping to swiftly end the conversation.
She couldn’t tell if she was genuinely impatient or just pretending to be. Sung-chan, however, didn’t show any signs of backing down.
“No matter how much I think about it, it just doesn’t make sense,” she remarked.
“You think you can f*ck that guy who looks like a potato?” he replied.
‘If only she possessed the qualities of a thoughtful and respectable woman, but unfortunately she did not,’ he thought.
Forgetting all his previous comments, he seemed to be deep in thought, as if unraveling the mysteries of the seventh wonder of the world. Then he turned to Jenna with anticipation, as if waiting for her to say something.
“Why bother?”
Jenna felt her heart race as she watched him.
‘What would his next words be?’The tension was overwhelming!
“Since you don’t think we’ll ever get back together, you just wanted to find another man to have s*x with, right?”
Indeed, he was correct. Jenna marveled at how someone’s mind could reach such a conclusion.
“Yes, you’re right.”
Jenna laughed nervously as she watched his excitement, realizing how much she had misunderstood his reaction.
“I’ll treat you to dinner,” he said
“Huh…?”
“What kind of offer is that? “
“I want to ask you out. I am too ashamed.”
Jenna experienced the truth of the saying that people are left speechless when things become too ridiculous.
She felt incredibly foolish. The only thing more ridiculous was when she was scammed out of $10,000 for a pair of pants at the Carrot Market.
“You don’t need to do that anymore.”
He shrugged once and said, sounding rather apologetic, “I’m taking you out on a special date.”
Jenna couldn’t understand him. Her face was twisted in confusion. She couldn’t control her expression.
“Thanks a lot, but I’ve had a few drinks.”
“No, you’ve been drinking since the beginning of the day? With who? With that potato guy?”
“Yeah, yeah, I’ve been drinking since daylight and had s*x with that potato guy, and now everything’s ruined thanks to you.”
“F*ck off, you’re welcome, you’re better off eating my d*ck again than eating that f*cker’s d*ck.”
“That’s it, I’m done with him,” she replied.
At Jenna’s firm answer, he frowned for a moment. “What other reason could there be if not this?”
“Don’t bounce around. Just say thank you when they do.”
“I’m not bouncing.”
Jenna, slightly tipsy from the gin, replied with a sour tone. While the idea of having s*x with such a handsome man again was tempting, she was also afraid to get involved with him.
The thought of being with someone so obsessed with s*x that he had undergone a vasectomy was unsettling. His condition seemed worse than she had imagined.
“He’s incredibly handsome, but is it worth going through all this just to get a pretty face?” she wondered.
She couldn’t help but roll her eyes at his words, finding them insincere.
“If you’re done talking, I’ll head inside,” she said curtly.
Sung-chan was puzzled by Jenna’s eagerness to leave.
“Hey, wait a minute, Min Jenna,” he called out.
“Why, what now?” Jenna replied.
“I’ll take you home. Let’s go. I parked my car over there,” he offered.
“I’m going to have another drink,” Jenna questioned.
“No. Why don’t you let me drive you home? Instead of taking the subway with your tired legs, come with me in my car, and we can relax,” he suggested.
There was a brief pause in his chatter.
Then Jenna had a realization.
‘When was the last time he made a special effort to offer someone a ride in his car?’
‘Never.’
He had never gone out of his way to give anyone a ride in his car. Most of his friends were always eager to ride with him, and if he had asked them, they would have eagerly accepted the offer.
But now, she was refusing his offer.
“I don’t need it, so please go home. I don’t want you to pretend to know me like this in the future,” she said firmly.
He paused, studying Jenna’s serious expression.
“Are you serious?” he asked.
“Of course I am. It’s not like we’re just getting to know each other, is it?”
She felt a mixture of confusion, annoyance, and anger despite her firm response. It wasn’t clear; she had just acted as if she didn’t care about him, and now she was thoroughly annoyed.
“Why not, after all the f*cking you did to me? or did you just not like my d*ck?”
He grabbed the hem of Jenna’s hoodie and demanded. He sounded like a child being teased by his mother.
“No, no, no, that doesn’t make sense. I said I’ll buy you food, I’ll take you home, I’ll f*ck you whenever you want. I’m doing this because I want to go out with you and you’re f*cking rejecting me?”
Jenna, who had listened to Sung-chan’s words, looked straight at him and asked.
“Oh, you want to go out with me?”
“What, are you crazy, me? With you? F*ck… that I’d do it because you want to do it…” he said.
“You just said it yourself; you want to go out with me,” she replied.
“Huh?”
He froze again.
“Why did I say that? I want to go out with you. With you, Min Jenna.”
“Why?” Jenna asked, sensing her confusion. Sung-chan fell silent, his lips tightly sealed.
Observing his closed mouth, Jenna knew it was a silly question, but she asked anyway.
“Hey, do you like me?” he asked.
“No. Are you crazy?” she replied.
But in less than a second, he vehemently denied it.
“Then why were you acting like this earlier?”
“What did I do?”
“I thought you said your least favorite thing was shit.”
Anticipating Jenna’s next words, she looked away in embarrassment.
“I didn’t want to say this, but do you realize that your d*ck is so small right now?”
The words hit the nail on the head, and for once, he had nothing to say. Jenna was right about everything.
He had never felt so bad in his life.
“What the hell is wrong with me?
He wondered what was wrong with him that he behaved so badly towards Jenna, who was nothing special.
‘Did she ask me to sleep with her through everything, or did she just do what she was supposed to do, use my body, say thank you, and leave without a trace?’ he thought.
At first, he was irritated, but then he began to feel a little uneasy that she was avoiding him. But now he was faced with a problem.
A desire to win over the distant Jenna.
“Yeah, it’s just pride.”
‘There’s a line of ladies who want to have s*x with me, but Jenna keeps bouncing away and it’s annoying.’
‘There’s no chance I would ever consider dating or having feelings for someone like Min Jenna. I mean, sure, she’s attractive, with her nice figure and how good she looks in that puffy hoodie, but that doesn’t mean anything, right?’
That’s what Sung-chan thought, and he m*st*rbated hard. But it didn’t work.
It was clear that Sung-chan was the one desperately trying to hold on to Jenna, who was stubbornly pushing him away.
“F*ck, this is so f*cking bad…”
He muttered a small curse and glared at Jenna, who stood a foot shorter than him. She was attractive, but not enough to captivate him, which only added to his frustration. No matter how hard he tried to rationalize it, he couldn’t find anything about her that was compelling.
‘Just let her go,” he said to himself. “I’ll find someone even more beautiful than Min Jenna, and she can do whatever she wants with that potato guy. Then I’ll get everything I want, and I won’t feel so exhausted and irritated.’
Even though he knew it in his mind, he couldn’t bring himself to say it.
“Do you think I let you go?” he asked, watching Jenna tremble. As he imagined her with the potato guy, an inexplicable anger rose like a volcano inside him.
“Fuck, your p*ssy is so damn tight, and I am going to give it to him?”
Startled by the outburst, Jenna put her hand over his mouth and shouted at him for being crazy, but he was too busy clutching his head in denial.
He was determined. He wouldn’t back down, not even if the world came crashing down. Not with the potato guy, not with the gymnast, not with anyone, not with any man.
He paused, considering the potential pain it might cause Jenna. But he pushed aside the indifferent voice of his distant self, telling himself that it was all for Jenna’s benefit.
“Are you refusing? Everything I do is for you,” he said, a twisted smile creeping across his face as if he had finally reached a solution.
Then he pulled Jenna close, wrapping his arm around her waist despite her confused expression. Before she could protest, he spoke.
“I’ve been thinking, Jenna, and it seems a bit unfair,” he said.
“What do you mean?” Jenna asked.
“I did you a favor by agreeing to have s*x with you, and now you’re treating me like this. There’s something wrong with you,” he smiled, his face close to hers, knowing how to be charming.
“To even the score, you should do me a favor. Don’t you think?” he suggested, moving closer.
Feeling uncomfortable, Jenna pushed him away. Despite his behavior, his handsome face was captivating.
“What kind of favor?” she asked, a feeling of dread creeping over her as she avoided looking directly at him.
Was she so easily swayed by a handsome man? No, she must be too infatuated with his looks.
His captivating cat-like eyes and teasing smile seemed to radiate color and charm. For a moment, she wondered if he might be a mythical creature.
“Come to my place tonight,” he commanded.
“……?”
“Pack your things and come out now. For once, you’ll do as I say and sleep when I ask you to. That’s how it should be, right?”
With that, she hid her discomfort.
Yes, last time he had been in such a hurry to get off that he hadn’t paid much attention to Jenna’s pleasure. This time he would make sure that the s*x was even more exciting than the last time, to make Jenna cry out for him.
He wonders if that’s all there is to it. He bets she will not remember that big potato head from earlier.
Sung-chan felt confident that Min Jenna would eventually regret her actions and reach out to him, similar to how other girls often did. He believed that she would come to realize her mistake and seek his attention, just like many others had done before.
Just thinking about it made Sung-chan feel like he had the world at his feet and he had to keep the corners of his mouth from twitching.
Looking at him, Jenna could only think, “Wow, this senior has everything under control.
If only her parents had raised her like this.
But for once, Sung-chan was right. It wasn’t easy to say no because she was drunk and had just asked him to sleep with him.
In the end, she had no choice but to do what he wanted, even though she hated him.
“Just one time, and this time, make sure you use a condom,” she said
“Okay, okay, okay.”
Even as she answered, her mind was filled with the thought that he had already won.
“Just this once.”
I’m going to f*cking hang her,” he smiled, watching the back of Jenna’s head as she went into the bar to get her things.
