Deadly Boss - Chapter 2 Part 5
CHAPTER 2- PART5
The cave was a maze of intricate passageways, with a few smaller caves dotted throughout. Ha’eun picked up the lantern and looked around a bit more.
The marble Kang-woo wanted was natural marble for the living room wall.
The most important part of the mansion is the living room. It needed to emphasize its antiquity. What could we find? Something uncommon and special…
Ha-eun shined her lantern into the cave on the left. A stone shimmered in the light.
“Wait a minute.”
“Why?”
“I’m going to go into that cave for a moment.”
“Ms. Haeun. I thought I told you you weren’t supposed to leave this place.”
Chief Park stopped Ha-Eun.
“I just need a minute.”
“Ha-Eun….”
“Chief Park, I’ll be right back, I’ll only need five, maybe ten minutes.”
Something looked different about the marble. Ha-eun wanted to see it with her own eyes, but Mr. Park stopped her.
“No, no, no. Wait until the head of the department gets here.”
“Why?”
“I think the stone in the quarry over there might be the color you’re looking for,”
Camila said, getting up and walking over to Ha-eun.
“What? Do you see that?”
“I’ll just take a look, Mr. Park is with the buyer.”
“Ms. Ha-eun, if you get lost later, I don’t know, I can’t be responsible.”
“Don’t worry, I have a map.”
Ha-eun reached into her bag. As he turned to go into the cave, Camilla followed.
“I’ll go with you.”
“What?”
“How can you let her go alone? I’ll be there to see if she catches anything.”
They entered the cave and shined their lanterns. As expected, the color was even more mysterious up close. It was as if there were amber jewels embedded throughout.
“What do you think?”
“…… Uh… yeah. The color is very mysterious.”
“I don’t know why you didn’t show me this cave marble before. Like this.
They give off a beautiful glow.”
“Hmm… I suppose they want to charge a high price, business is business.”
“I’m going to go a little further inside. Watch your step.”
Ha-Eun walked ahead and Camilla followed. As they were stumbling along by lantern light, Camilla called out,
“Ugh….”
“Camilla. Are you okay?”
“I broke my heel. Oops….”
Her one heel broke and she fell. Luckily, she wasn’t hurt. Haun held out his hand to her.
“Give me the other shoe.”
Ha-eun slammed her shoe against the wall, breaking the heel.
“……a….”
“It’s easier to walk with no heel at all.”
“It’s a ten thousand dollar shoe….”
“What! Really?!”
“It’s okay, it’s better than getting hurt.”
She put on her heeless shoes.
“Do you need help?”
“No, just watch your step.”
We walked a little further. As we got further and further away from the cave entrance, thick darkness obscured our path. It was unnerving, but the mysteriously shining marble seemed to be the only thing we could see.
How much time had passed? After another ten minutes, we came to a dead-end passage.
“Camilla. Look at those marbles!”
I exclaimed wide-eyed as I swung the lantern around,
“Oh!”
“I’ve finally found the natural marble you’ve been looking for!”
Ha’eun let out a cheer. The marble was extraordinary, emitting colorful light.
“This is so cool, I’ve never seen anything like this before. I wonder if marble has multiple colors?”
The marble changed color as the lantern light shone from side to side. It looked like a mix of amber and jade, or two colors.
“I’ll have to take a picture of it. Wait a minute.”
Ha-Eun pulled out her phone and snapped a picture.
It was then that they heard something strange:
“What is that?”
“……!!!”
Suddenly, there was a rumbling sound, and rocks rained down behind them. Ha-eun’s heart sank. She was too frightened to scream.
Thud. Thud.
The last boulder rolled away, and the cave fell silent. Camilla frowned.
“Oh… no… there’s no way back.”
Ha’eun bit her lip.
“If they were trying to sell this marble, there must be a path. If you look at the map, you’ll see….”
I hurriedly looked at the map, but it was a dead end. Ha-Eun’s expression hardened a little.
“What should we do, Ms. HaEun….”
“Mr. Park knows we went in here, so people will be here soon.”
“Are we safe? Look at that, debris is still falling, how can….”
Camilla sobbed, her shoulders shaking. Ha-Eun comforted her.
“It’s just debris. It came down from above a while ago… The wall itself is solid, so you won’t get buried, rest assured.”
“Ms. Haun is amazing, aren’t you scared? I’m so scared….”
“If you lose your composure, it will lead to an accident. If we wait calmly, people will surely find us, so don’t worry.”
“It’s reassuring to hear Ha-eun say that, so yes, you should wait for our Mr. Kang-woo.”
Ha-eun nodded. She told her to relax, but she didn’t know how much or how deep she was buried.
Ha-eun was scared, too.
What if I die here?
What will I do with my mom and Young-Eun? I’m the head of the family…
Ha-eun thought of Kang-woo in her head. She regretted rejecting him and his proposal when she was faced with a crisis.
‘I wish I’d had a real relationship…. It’s not unfair….’
Ha-eun missed Kang-woo.
* * * * * * * *
I went down to the bottom and looked at the materials, but I didn’t see anything I liked. The CEO looked at Kang-woo’s eyes.
“The marble from earlier looks fine.”
“It’s too common.”
“I think we’ll be running out of time before we get to the next mine.”
“One more stop.”
Kang-woo adjusted his tie.
“Huh? That’s Mr. Park over there. What’s wrong with him?”
Kang-woo’s gaze shifted to Mr. Park, who looked vaguely uneasy. Mr. Park came running over to Kang-woo.
“……Bon, Mr. General Manager, what can I do?”
“What about Camella and Ha Eun?”
“Well… they went into that cave over there and haven’t come out since. They said they were only going to look around for 10 minutes… but they haven’t come back after an hour… what should I do….”
“……!”
Suddenly, the mine was filled with commotion.
“Where is that cave?”
“It’s a cave we started mining some time ago. The rock structure is unstable, so we’ve put mining on hold until we have safety equipment….”
“Ha… If there’s such a place, they should have put up a sign to prevent entry!”
Kang-woo protested strongly.
“Did you think we’d go into that cave?”
“Let’s go, everyone,”
the staff stopped Kang-woo.
“Vaughn, sir. It’s dangerous.”
“Is it dangerous now? If they haven’t come back, something’s definitely happened.”
The mine foreman stepped forward.
“I’ll lead the way, but it’s a solid rock in the middle, so there shouldn’t be any major accidents… ah….”
They quickly entered the cave but didn’t walk far before they came to a stone tomb.
“It’s blocked.”
“Alas, Ms. Haeun… What can I do….”
The employees stamped their feet.
“Everyone be quiet. Doha-eun! Are you there? Can you hear me?”
“…….”
“Doha-eun! Ha-eun! Damn….”
Kang-woo called Ha-eun’s name out loud. Each time, it came back as an echo, but he repeated it. After calling for a while, he heard another voice come through the echo.
“Kangwoo, I can hear you… Mr. General Manager.”
“……I can hear you.”
Kang woo was first relieved that it wasn’t a major accident.
“There must be a way.”
Kang-woo slapped his hand against the cave wall twice, and he heard two sounds from inside. He repeated the motion, and the other side answered.
“If you detonate the explosives, it will go through at once.”
“Are you crazy? If it collapses in there, we’ll all die!”
“Well, then… I’ll get the drill ready.”
“Won’t it take half a day to get from the mine down there to here?”
“Yeah… probably at least five hours.”
That’s a lot of time to move a mining rig 100 meters underground.
“We can’t wait until then.”
He picked up a handful of loose rocks from the ground and squinted his eyes. Soon, he took off his outerwear and rolled up his shirt collar.
“General Manager, what are you going to do….”
“The rock isn’t solid… It’s because we’re stuck, but by listening to the sound, I think we can drill through it for two meters.”
“What? What are you going to do….”
Kang-woo quickly went back the way he came. After a while, he came back with a big hammer.
“I’m going to use the hammer… Huh!”
Kang-woo smashed the rock with all his might.
Boom!
The sound of thunder echoed through the cave. Kang-woo gritted his teeth and slammed the boulder again. The rock cracked with a loud pop.
People were freaking out. The force of the rain was stronger than the drill. He held the hammer high above his head. Then he smashed it down hard. Each blow hit the rock faster than the first.
Each time he repeated the action, blue tendons sprouted on his forearms. The people held their breath and watched as Kang-woo dug a hole with a single hammer.
“Doha-eun, can you hear me?!”
“Mr. General, we’re here.”
“Hold on, I’ll break through enough to get one person out.”
“Yes!”
He straightened his posture and gripped the hammer tightly in his hands. With a wide stride, he swung the hammer behind his back and struck with all his might. With a crack, the boulder split in two, and Ha-eun’s white face appeared.
A sigh of relief poured out of Kang-woo’s mouth as he saw Ha-eun. Kang-woo dug intensively around the cracked rock. Eventually, a hole opened up large enough for a person to slip through.
Kang-woo held out his hand toward Ha-eun.
“Come on, let’s go!”
“Wait, the buyer first.”
Ha-eun helped Camilla out the door first. Kang-woo grabbed Camilla’s hand and pulled her up.
“Mr. Kang-woo… thank you. I thought I was going to die.”
“Go down. We have to save Ms. Ha-eun.”
“I will.”
After watching the staff help Camilla, Kang-woo reached down into the hole.
“Ms. Do Haeun, what are you doing?”
“I’ll be right there!”
“Ha… What’s wrong with your luggage? Throw it all away.”
“No, it’s important….”
Ha-eun gathered her luggage and grabbed Kang-woo’s hand. Ha-eun’s body slid into Kang-woo’s as if caught in a rough current. Kang-woo hugged her tightly.
“You’ll get your reckless behavior punishment when we get out of here.”
“I’m not reckless, I just found a huge piece of marble.”
Ha-Eun pulled out a piece of marble from her bag. Kang-woo’s eyes widened.
“This is …… or…..”
“It’s in there, right? You found a marble like this, right?”
Ha-eun took out her phone and showed Kang-woo the picture.
“That’s right.”
“Thank God, it wasn’t for nothing. Aah!”
Kang-woo slipped his arm between Ha-eun’s legs and quickly hugged her. Panicked, she stamped her feet and tried to get off, but he didn’t listen.
“Let me go,” he said,
“I want to hear the details, I want to see the sun now.”
“Let me go.”
“Pretend I hurt my leg.”
Kang-woo stomped off.
* * * ** * * *
A voice pierced through the darkness. He was Kang-woo. Ha-Eun scrambled out of her seat and walked toward the source of the voice.
Knocking on the wall, checking for each other’s presence. Ha-eun answered him. To her surprise. The stone tomb blocking the passage crumbled and she could see his face.
I showed him the marble I had photographed on my phone and we went to the hotel. As soon as we entered the room, our lips met.
“Headquarters… Ugh….”
Hot flesh invaded her mouth in an instant. Kang-woo grabbed Ha-eun’s head with both hands and began to kiss her deeply, their tongues darting about frantically.
Their lips were hot wherever they touched, and he kissed her as if he wanted to burn every inch of her body.
She could feel the searing heat seeping into her flesh without restraint. Her breath caught in her throat. His head was dazed from the urgency of the kiss, not knowing when to breathe.
“Wait….”
“I need to get this off my chest. Open up.”
Ha-eun opened her mouth wide to receive his kiss.
Ugh…
His punishment was a kiss. Her body was a mess of sweat and dirt, but kissing seemed more urgent than washing.
The angle of their lips changed frantically. His large hands gripped the thin waist of my lower back, and he sucked in my lips. It felt erotic.
He ran his red tongue along the roof of her mouth, past her teeth, and sucked sweetly. He even licked up the saliva that stood in his mouth, not wanting to spill a single drop.
I gasped, gasped, gasped, but it felt good. I could feel his concern for me in his careful gestures. Ha-eun actively returned his kiss and put her arms around his shoulders.
Kang-woo’s touch was gentle. One hand wrapped around her thin waist, the other slipped under her clothes and groped her skin. Her thighs shivered. Her nipples tickled.
A hot breath escaped his lips at the gentle touch. I felt like I was going to suffocate at any moment from the intense temptation of his touch.
Not enough. Not with this… For more intimate touches, check out…
Ha-Eun was lost in her giddy imagination. As if reading her mind, his lips traced the nape of her neck and moved downward. He sucked on her embarrassingly erect nipple and nibbled on it with his teeth.
She was dumbfounded. Her entire body became a mass of honey, two grape grains on a dreamy hill, the nectar of her gushing p*ssy.
“Now, wait a minute,” he said,
“who says kissing has to be just on the lips?”
“Who says kissing has to be just on the lips?”
He kissed her more intensely, tracing her flesh with his tongue. He buried his nose between her crotches. Sparks flew before her eyes as his tongue darted in and out of the lush forest.
“Aah… Mr. Director.”
“It’s a punishment, so take it sweet.”
Oh, no, a punishment! It’s too deadly! His tongue danced across his flesh.
Aah. Aah.
He was going to lose his mind.
Ha-Eun covered her mouth with her hand. I was afraid of what might come out of my mouth. Kang-woo’s tongue was more urgent.
I resigned myself to his tongue darting in and out of the shadows. I moaned sweetly, my lower back curling into a bow as I melted under his furious seduction.
* * * * * * * * *
Ha-Eun opened her eyes to a pleasant heaviness covering her chest. She slept with him. It hadn’t led to sex, of course, but she’d spent the night in his arms. Blue light streamed in through the window and she turned.
“What time is it?”
It was probably dawn. Ha-eun turned her head slightly and looked up. Kang-woo’s face was right in front of her.
Good night. You must have had a hard day yesterday. You drilled a hole over two meters long with a single hammer. I’m sure he must have been sore all over.
I told Team Leader Kim about the situation. He’s a strong man.
[The officials were shocked, to say the least. I only slept with him once, but it was an unforgettable experience, and I can’t stop thinking about it.
The intense pleasure she’d never experienced in her life shook her like a forbidden fruit. She stared at him. His eyes, nose, mouth, thick nape, and pretty ears were flawless.
I couldn’t help but reach out and touch each one with my own hands.
Ouch.
‘What if I touch him here? I’ll get kissed again like last night….’
Ha-eun tried to put her hands together on her chest, but a large hand came out of nowhere and grabbed her hand.
Ha-eun gasped and swallowed hard. His slitted eyes were staring at her.
“If you want to touch me, touch me.”
“Oh, no.”
“As long as we’re doing this, it’s like we have a contract, and my body is yours.”
“…….”
“Are you ashamed of touching a man’s body? I thought you were pretty used to it?”
I knew I was making a huge mistake, but I didn’t want to correct her.
“That’s not true, but I’m not going to touch you because it might lead to another kiss.”
“I’m not touching you.”
“I’m a man of my word.”
“I’m a ……lie. And I don’t go back on it like nobody’s business.”
