Breaking a Romantic Fantasy Villain - Episode 12. Emir Solarion
Episode12. Emir Solarion

“It’s been a while.”
I said, trying to hide my discomfort.
“I haven’t heard from you in a long time, so I came to see you.”
Emir smiled as she looked at me.
I was curious if she was the one who had been worried about Seria earlier.
Her bright smile filled my heart.
She was beautiful.
Despite the fact that she was the empire’s “flower,” she didn’t seem or feel out of place next to her.
If Seria was a magnificent crystal of ice from a cold, high place, Emir was a ray of sunlight whose very presence might melt a person.
I was taken aback.
Emir Solarion.
She was a character who had only been described in one sentence in the original.
“Siegfried poisons Emir Solarion, an aristocrat..”
Ceriazi, of course, is the character who attempted to poison her.
“Seriage.”
It was claimed that she was poisoned by Seria, who was envious of the Emir’s beauty.
The poisoning triggered a battle between the aristocracy and the emperor in the original narrative.
The explanation.
Solarion.
A great lord who rules over the Empire’s eastern lords.
It was oe of the two families that led the present Emperor’s Imperial Faction.
The High Lord of Solarion was the heir of a son and two daughters.
Emir Solarion was the oldest, and Hera Solarion was the youngest.
And now the eldest daughter has come to my manor.
As a ‘former’ fiancée.
The High Lord of Solarion’s favorite daughter, and one of the few women Seria envied.
Why was she still alive?
Let’s just say I happened to be passing by and saved her life.
Anyway, Emir Solarion was the current Maurice Dmitri’s fiancée.
It’s a place that existed in the original.
Solarion, a great force in the East with no magical ties.
Dmitri is a member of a central aristocratic family with a reputation for wizardry but no real authority.
The two families entered into an inter-family betrothal to compensate for their lack of power.
Through the eldest son, Maurice, and the eldest daughter, the Emir.
However, Dmitri’s head of home and hostess, as well as Maurice’s parents, were murdered in an accident not long after I was possessed.
The engagement was soon called off.
It was only natural given that I didn’t have anything at the time.
So, my ex-fiancée.
We no longer had a relationship.
“Is that all you have to say?”
I said as I sat across from her.
“Now that I’ve seen your face, I guess i can go home.”
This was the most unpleasant visitor I’d ever had.
A fiancée who had previously broken up with me.
And here we are.
Someone with whom I could get politically active.
Not someone I wanted to encounter when I hadn’t properly established myself as a formidable force.
“I thought we were supposed to have no contact with each other? I’m sure I told Lord Solarion that.”
“Maurice.”
She leaned in and clasped my hand in hers.
The cut at the breast created a deep gap in her clothes.
“If you are speaking so coldly to me because of the separation, you are mistaken. I’ve asked my father time and time again not to marry Pahon…….”
“That’s enough. I appreciate your kind words, but I don’t fully believe you.”
We’ve been around the block too many times to trust her.
“She only has a crush on me because I saved her life a few months ago. Don’t you think it’s too much to ask for a renewed engagement based on such a casual crush?”
I released the Emir’s grip on my hand.
“Ha, but Mr. Morris.”
“I hope you’ll call me Minister, I don’t like being called by my first name.”
The Emir’s eyes fell.
She’d give up if he went this far.
“I still haven’t forgotten that day. When I was attacked by thugs and forced to eat poison, and you detoxified me, and how you defeated them all and saved me with such dignity.”
“Enough. I’ve told you this many times already.”
I narrowed my eyes.
“Please think about it again. My family will always think of you as…….”
“Why are you holding on to something that’s already been said? When your lordship died and Dmitri was shaken, what did Solarion do? Didn’t she break faith and ask for an annulment?”
Breaking off an engagement with someone you no longer need has been done all over the world.
It was, predictably, not a love relationship.
“Mr. Morris, that’s a misunderstanding. I was……. I did it to honor my engagement to you…….”
“Emir, I am tired of your excuses.”
I’m reminded of my past every time I look at her.
I used to be the world’s nobody.
I was the one who confessed to my crush only to get discarded since she wasn’t my type.
It’s me who was abandoned shortly after the possession.
Emir raised her head from her seat on the couch in the salon.
She was beautiful, with her wet eyes and flushed cheeks.
A man who was immune to women would have been captivated.
Even Casanova, who had wooed numerous women, would have given her a jewel and expressed his love.
It was a deadly weapon.
It had no effect on me.
“I’ll leave now. I don’t want you to put me in any more trouble.”
Emir stared at me with teary eyes before shaking her head.
I wondered if it was all in my head.
Emir pointed to Seria, who was standing next to him, after a long silence.
“Is it because of her?”
“Emir.”
“This woman of no class, whom His Majesty has given you, has seduced Mr. Maurice?”
Her eyes were filled with jealousy as she spoke, as if she was about to cry.
“Is that why you are abandoning me, because you have such a beautiful maid?”
Seria, who was standing behind the Emir, appeared to be denouncing her with her expression.
She’s probably holding back since she knows I’ll punish her if she makes a mistake.
“Then use her as a mistress. What’s a nobleman to have a slave or two, and a mistress or two, and I only want to be by your side. So…….”
“Emir.”
“I have rejected all offers of marriage from the noble families in order to be united with you once again.”
How could I have missed that?
I felt sorry for her plea.
She was a beautiful lady.
If it hadn’t been for me, I’m sure she would have been flooded with proposals from better men.
I’d heard she hadn’t dated anyone since she separated from me, and that she was always alone.
Rumors of her abstention from food and drink spread throughout the aristocracy.
Her position as the eldest daughter of a nobleman, her attractiveness, and her political standing.
There was no reason why she couldn’t marry if she wanted to.
A lot of what she says is true.
Another reason for me to get free of her.
It was the Empire’s current political position.
Despite the fact that I am the Emperor’s designated Minister of Magic, I remain totally neutral.
A third faction, not affiliated with the nobility or the Emperor.
If I had to pick a side in the current power balance.
“The power balance will collapse.”
The empire would once again fall into a civil war, this time centered on the Emperor.
That is not an option for me.
That’s why I had to push her even more to leave.
“So give me a chance…….”
“I’m bored.”
“What?”
“I said I’m tired of you coming to me like this. It was over a long time ago. How long are you going to hang around like this?”
“Maurice.”
I pulled my hand in the direction of Seria.
She chewed her lower lip and approached me.
I grabbed her as$ firmly and taunted her.
But I kept my eyes fixed on the Emir.
“As you say, I’m enjoying finding new women, so I hope you don’t come to the manor in the future, unless you want to be right there to watch me and my maid enjoy ourselves.”
I slipped my fingers under Seria’s skirt.
“Hmph!”
Seria’s cheeks reddened.
Emir took in his breath in surprise, a blush spreading across her cheeks in embarrassment.
“So don’t ever come to the mansion again.”
“I’m sorry, sir. What a rude way to find me.”
She got up from her seat, unable to speak clearly.
Her bitten lip was dripping with blood.
A boom!
She rose to her feet, shut the door, and walked away.
I saw Emir’s back as she got out the mansion via the glass.
“How beautiful.”
I reflected wistfully.
If only I had been able to take her.
‘It would have been thrilling.
I was surprised, I thought.
I shook my head like if I were having a seizure.
What on earth was I thinking?
Was [sexual sadism] set off?
It wasn’t the case.
No way.
Was that really my intention?
Seria, who had been standing still, asked after a moment of surprise at her own behavior.
“Master, are you sure you want me to send this……?”
I was about to say anything when I felt an electric current run through my body, and I quickly added respect.
“What do you mean?”
“You seemed to like it…….”
“You mean me?”
“Yes.”
“You must be mistaken.”
“No, I didn’t. You were being mean, but there was definitely affection in your voice……, though I didn’t notice it when you touched my as$.”
“Did you notice?”
“Yes.”
“I guess I’m still immature.”
I looked back at Seria after making sure that the carriage was completely away from the mansion.
“What are you looking at?”
“Nothing. I just thought you could make that face…….”
I looked in the mirror in response to her comments.
In the mirror, I was frowning sadly.
“Pretend you didn’t just see that.”
Seria bowed her head in respect.
“I see you’ve grown accustomed to your maid’s manners.”
“If you don’t, ugh! painful.”
I was wondering if I’d cursed at her while conversing.
She shivered.
“Did you curse at me?”
“No.”
“You can be honest. I’ll hit you with a no-count.”
She nodded as I snapped my fingers.
“What did you say?”
“You cursed me so I couldn’t say no, you fucking sandbagger. That’s what I thought, Master.”
“You guessed right.”
“What?”
“I said you cursed me so I couldn’t say no.”
“Wow…….”
Seria’s words trailed off, her mouth open.
“As$hole.”
Without realizing it, I said.
Seria’s mouth was covered in amazement.
“I’m going to count that one.”
She flinched and twisted as I snapped my fingers.
A deep flush ran across her face as she bit her lip.
As if she was aroused, her breathing grew a little rough.
This.
‘I think you’re starting to enjoy this.’
The hypnotic impact of the Lizardman essence had to be stronger than I imagined.
I shouldn’t be having so much fun.
