The towels on the ground confirmed that this was the right place, but it seemed he had already left.

‘What should I do? If I don’t start heading home soon…’

She could use the excuse of having dinner at her grandmother’s house and coming back late, but she knew she would definitely face nagging if she returned even later than she is now.
