She found out that she was pregnant two days ago. He’d nailed it before they married that she’d never have children, so the only way to keep them was to divorce.
“HA. Ha.”
The seemingly never-ending act was over. She hadn’t even felt the afterglow, he was gone. It wasn’t the first time he’d done that, but today, her eyes glazed over. She never let go of a subject she holds more passionately than anyone. She turned onto my side at the sound of his footsteps and she curled into a tight ball. She placed her palm on her stomach. She couldn’t feel anything, but she knew her child was inside.
“Yes, ”
She looked up at the woman on the other end of the telephone, her voice sounding strangely affectionate.
“I’m on my way out, just give me a minute.”
It was a familiar voice she recognized.
She smirked as she watched him walk out of the room without even looking back as if he didn’t need anything because he’d done all he was supposed to do.
She’d heard that hormonal changes in emotions are common during pregnancy, so she assumed it was true. She sees you’re crying when you see him. Yun-seul staggered to her feet and made her way to the bathroom, a sigh escaping her lips as she stood in the shower.
