The Breakup Between You and Me - Side Story 6. Abduction 1
Abduction 1
“Se-hyuk, why are you shaking like that?”
“Yes. Aren’t you nervous?”
“I am, but….”
Observing him tremble, I felt that it wasn’t quite right. I was on the verge of asking him why he seemed even more jittery than me, but I refrained, considering his pale complexion.
Just yesterday, he was brimming with excitement about his upcoming marriage, yet it seemed like even a calming herbal remedy couldn’t settle his nerves. Today marked the wedding day—a carefully curated outdoor event with a strictly invitation-only guest list.
On the surface, it might seem straightforward, but upon closer inspection, one could discern the meticulous thought put into each flower and decoration, all curated by his choices.
When she insisted on a simple wedding, he claimed to understand, but behind the scenes, he collaborated with people to create an elegant atmosphere, steering clear of extravagance.
Both Haeyoung and Jimin shook their heads at his contradictory actions. Have I mentioned how I’ve never encountered a man so eager to get married? He was initially full of excitement, but now, on the actual wedding day, he’s shaking like a leaf.
Despite the chairman of the Royal Group offering congratulations earlier, he appeared stunned, seemingly unable to hear anything. His mother visited the bridal waiting room three times to escort him.
“She’s coming again. Hurry up.”
“…Can’t you stay here?”
“What’s wrong with you?”
“I’m afraid that you’re going to run away.”
I laughed. It seemed ridiculous to run away after registering a marriage.
“I’m not running away.”
There’s nowhere to go.
When he said he was afraid I might run away, he meant it. I’d woken up more than once to find him looking at me with a determined look. He would give me a tight hug and tell me that he was afraid I might disappear when I asked about his stare.
He would come to me like a puppy to its master whenever I held out my hand, and he would stand in front of me protectively. He would stoop down and caress my palm with his cheek, his mouth quivering at the edges.
“I’m yours now. Why am I going to leave you?”
“…….”
“Still insecure?”
“Yeah. Didn’t you just get confessed to the other day?” Confessions were a regular occurrence at the flower shop. I had asked her to keep it a secret, but she revealed it again.
On that particular day, I happened to be with Soo-jung, a part-time worker, and witnessed the entire confession. Later, when I saw her, I felt compelled to say something to her.
I gaze into his eyes as he rubs his cheeks with his palms, a trace of anxiety coloring his face. His intense black eyes are entirely focused on me. When I withdraw my hand from his cheek, his eyes momentarily dim. Grasping the nape of his neck and giving a gentle tug, his eyes light up.
I don’t need to exert any pressure; our lips are close. A genuine kiss would soothe both our nerves. My tongue explores the familiar inside of his mouth, gliding across his teeth. The tip of my tongue naturally meets his, intertwining as if becoming one. Churrrrr. The sound of our saliva mingling fills the bridal waiting room.
A bride and groom sharing a kiss in the midst of anticipation.
Even though I might believe he was crazy, I had to calm his fears first. I raised an eyebrow, and he thrust his hand swiftly through my clothes. I push his shoulder away, opening my eyes, but he nuzzles the back of my neck, like a baby begging for its mother’s milk.
When he finally gets his wish—grabbing her bare br*ast and squeezing it like clay—she yells, “Stop!” as if he can’t hear her. When that doesn’t satisfy him, she slaps the back of his palm firmly against her n*pple.
“Si-Hyuk, are you going to do this?” She tears up and withdraws her hand, as if feeling compelled.
“You’re going to do this to me at my wedding. Never let anyone come in here!”
“…You kissed me first.”
I pretend not to see the bulge in his apron as I turn my head away. Then I make a non-excuse when I’m standing in front of him.
“We haven’t seen each other in almost a month.” I swallowed dryly, a hint of bitterness in his tone.
“That’s because of Jimin’s sister….”
“Don’t get too close to Jimin. You used her for that.”
I yell, “Si-Hyuk!” and he retreats a step.
“Do you believe that we shouldn’t have s*x before we get married?”
“…….”
“And that’s going to keep me from doing it for a month?”
He’d been waiting until the wedding since I’d been told it would create the mood for the honeymoon and make for a much better night’s work.
However, I’ve been waiting until the wedding at least five times a day, if not more, and I can tell he’s not happy about it.
He sits up on one knee and stares up at me, his eyes flickering.
“You don’t know. How I’ve been living for a month.”
I lay my brow against his knee. I subconsciously bring my legs together because it feels weighty. He slyly discovers the ankle concealed in my dress and strokes it, making my lips fire.
“I’ve been putting up with you because I’m a good listener, but I’ve had enough.”
Why does he say it, and why does my heart race? His lips are absolutely gorgeous with them slightly parted. What action will I take? Oh no, what will I do? I shouldn’t be doing this; he’s so hot.
“He’s not going to die.” I followed his gaze down to see his p*nis standing stiffly between his legs.
“Well, what am I supposed to do? It’s a wedding, after all.”
“Well, I guess I’ll have to get you out of here in a hurry.”
“What, out of what?”
He licks his lips with his tongue as my eyes enlarge. I forcefully swallow, watching as his tongue slides inside my lips.
He gets up to hide my view as I gaze at the door behind him.
“I’ll be done in a minute.”
“go to the bathroom….”
With such assurance that my shoulders tensed up, he responded, “No. I need to shit to your face,” and he unbuttoned his pants slowly. It was absurd.
I know better than to tell him not to do it, but the expression on his determined face keeps me from speaking.
He stood in front of me, grinning maniacally, and I stared at him through frightened eyes. “What if someone comes here?”
My mouth slowly opened as I observed his hands straining to draw down the zipper, saying, “So we have to pack quickly.” He captivated me.
My limbs are failing me; I should be furious, but what the hell is he doing? A moan of pain seeps out of his mouth. He looks at my scorching lips as I moisten them with my tongue.
Like he wants to shake them and put them in her mouth.
It was hot between my legs, and my belly button was tickling. Just in case he noticed, I crossed my legs inside the dress. His sharp eyes are focused on the clothing.
With a lazy smile, he seems to be aware of what’s going on within. He pushed his pants into his pockets after unzipping them. I was breathing again.
Even though I hadn’t done anything, I could still smell the strong nightshade aroma in my nose. “I’m crazy,” he exclaimed, obviously insane if he wasn’t thinking it in the bridal suite.
My white gloves become soaked with sweat. I ball my wet hands together.
“Sooyin!” Jimin and Ha-young enter as the door flings open. In contrast to my panic, he’s calm.
“You look so beautiful. You’re the prettiest bride I’ve ever seen.”
“Ohh, thank you.”
The groom queries his reason for being here, saying, “Hey, boss, what are you doing here, aren’t you serving guests?”
“I’ll see you later.”
Ha-Young shrugged, “But don’t you smell something strange?” as her shoulders quivered.
“What smell? I don’t smell anything.”
“No, it’s because there’s no ventilation. I think it’s a dank smell.”
He shuddered at the thought of Ha-young inadvertently catching him in the act. Both Jimin and Ha-young, seemingly sensing the awkwardness, shook their heads and opened the window.
“You mentioned wanting a spring wedding, but the boss seems in a hurry, huh?”
Si-hyuk insisted we shouldn’t postpone the wedding past this year, leading to an outdoor winter ceremony. There was no breeze today to mark the occasion of our marriage.
The sunlight was so bright that squinting became inevitable. When the ceremony began, I rose with the bouquet he had crafted for me.
“Dad.”
“Is it good? My mouth is watering.”
I chuckled at my dad, who playfully slapped my arm in mock disappointment. Wrapping my arms around him, I rested my head on his shoulder.
“Thanks, Dad.”
“…You’re welcome.”
I could sense he was silently shedding tears, much like I was.
It was strange. Getting married doesn’t alter the fact that I’m my parents’ daughter, so why am I feeling so emotional? Despite having practiced this speech with my dad numerous times, it felt entirely new again.
Tears welled up in my eyes. “Father, you can’t cry.”
I nodded and suppressed my tears. Dad and I walked toward him, step by step. While I held back my emotions, he was in tears, his chin trembling.
I couldn’t hold back any longer. As we walked, Jimin, now my sister, and Ha-young, who had let go of her horse, waved at Ji-soo, beaming beside Secretary Shin, cradling a child.
He glanced at everyone at the wedding, including his mother, who was holding back tears just like he was, and his mother, who was smiling kindly. His sister hadn’t been invited to the wedding.
“Well, please,” I said
“don’t worry. I will do very well, father-in-law,” he said, stepping forward and extending his hand.
“Take care.” I nodded and took his hand, feeling like I might cry if I opened my mouth. As he walked back to his seat, my eyes watered at how small he looked.
In the end, the wedding was a celebration of tears. He cried, I cried, and everyone in the room shed tears.
It was the day I was told to live happily ever after the most.
“Are you having fun?”
“Yeah.” As I sit on the plane, gazing out the window, I hear him grunt.
“I can’t wait to get there.” I stretch, and he rubs my shoulder. I cover his lips with my palm as he continues to kiss my cheek. His eyebrows wiggle.
“Stop it, you’re ruining my face.”
“No, I’m not.” He snaps his fingers and presses his soft lips to the back of my hand.
“Let’s get unpacked and get out of here. I’ve got a couple of places I want to see.”
We chose Hallstatt, Austria, for our honeymoon. It was a place I had always wanted to visit, and he was willing to go where I wanted. I was already excited.
“What are you talking about? We’re not even going to step foot out of the hotel.”
“Huh?” He raises one corner of his mouth as I raise my eyebrows, wondering what he’s talking about.
“Then why are you going all the way to Austria?”
“You said you wanted to see it.”
“Then you should see it. You should see all the places I want to see.”
“On our last day, if you can get up early, let’s get up and go for a spin.” He rubs the back of his hand surreptitiously with his fingers.
“So, you’re not going to go outside for ten days? Are you crazy?”
“Yeah. Crazy.” He smirks like a crazy person.
“Why else would it be a honeymoon?”
I assure him that I’ll let him eat in bed, that I’ll bathe him like a mother, and that honeymoons don’t end in leaving the hotel bed.
“I’m going to do all the things you’ve been missing.”
I wanted to flip the plane over if I could. As he kissed me, I tried covering his face with my hands, but it didn’t work. He bit my lip like an animal, and I let my mouth drop.
