Handsome Trash - 24
While Jisung was beaten nearly to a pulp, Eunhyuk looked like he barely took a hit.
The only mark was on Eunhyuk’s lips. They were grazed by Jisung’s fist as he tried to defend himself in his drunken stupor which resulted in the corner of Eunhyuk’s mouth being slightly swollen.
Hyewon felt miserable knowing the situation had deteriorated to this point. She was on the verge of tears.
Whether or not he knew how she felt, Eunhyuk didn’t say a word the entire taxi ride.
“Why did you follow me there?”
Hyewon knew she was to blame, but she resented the fact that things might not have gotten so far if Eunhyuk hadn’t ferociously sung his fist… or even shown up to get get-together at all.
If Cha Eunhyuk hadn’t shown up and forced her into an empty room and had s*x with her.
If she hadn’t run into Manager Jisung in the hallway.
“Do I even have to report to you the reason why I go out?”
All the arrows of resentment she had were pointed at Cha Eunhyuk.
She needed someone to blame, even though she knew it was actually her fault.
Why was she the only one who had that type of bad luck? Why did she have to go through the amazing coincidence of running into Cha Eunhyuk again? Why was she unable to push him away, forced to go back and forth?
Everything didn’t make sense.
Even if she wanted to run away, she had nowhere to run.
“That manager of whatever he is. If he was being so condescending toward you, why did you keep your mouth shut? Just tell him we’ve always been together.”
“That doesn’t make sense.”
“Why doesn’t it make sense? I was here.”
“Even if it was true, it wouldn’t do me any good for word to spread that Cha Eunhyuk was with the hotel housekeeper every night. The manager knows about it now, so I’m going to have to deal with that.”
Unlike Hyewon, who tried to keep her voice low so the taxi driver wouldn’t overhear the conversation, Eunhyuk was blabbering on and on about what he was so confident about.
Such a stupid man.
“Why are you like that?”
“Because I’m an ordinary person.”
“So does that make me like Jesus or something?”
“It’s not like that…”
“No, it’s not like that.”
Hyewon was left speechless by his serious retorts.
“Something must have gotten into your head.”
“…”
“Whenever you keep your mouth shut, you avoid saying anything. Who asked you to worry?”
“I wasn’t worried, it’s just that between us…”
It is weird.
Out of place.
She wanted to say something, but the words wouldn’t come out of her mouth. She was becoming frustrated and annoyed.
“That’s what I’m worried about. I’m worried about gossip and my well-being.”
“Is that what you want to think? Do you just not want to hear what I have to say?”
The conversation was pointless and emotionally draining. She didn’t know what the point of continuing it would be.
“If you think so, wouldn’t that make it true?”
The taxi stopped while the two were still talking. Eunhyuk and Hyewon were still standing where the taxi had dropped them off.
“Mr. Cha Eunhyuk.”
Hyewon had come all this way because the secretary asked her to, but she was only supposed to drop Eunhyuk off to his room.
“F*ck, I went to see you because I was worried. I hate that you didn’t even hesitate when I told you not to go and you were uncomfortable with that assh*le manager.”
Hyewon opened her mouth to try to refute that, but she was cut off.
“I went and my prediction was spot-on.”
Cha Eunhyuk’s visible veins on his neck spoke volumes about how he felt.
Hyewon felt like she could break down at any moment.
When she asked him why he had gone all the way to meet her, he said it was because he was worried about her. She couldn’t believe it.
“It will pass.”
“You don’t know how scary the world is.”
If Hyewon continues the conversation, it can turn in a worse direction.
She’s had a few drinks. If she becomes honest with herself, she’ll burst into tears.
“… Go inside and get some rest.”
She bowed her head and turned to leave, but Eunhyuk grabbed her arm.
‘Please, don’t hold on to me.’
If he goes any further, she doesn’t think she’ll be able to stop. So please, don’t.
The words were trapped in her throat as tears started to flow.
“Come on, come in.”
“This is my workplace. It would be weird if I walked in with you.”
She couldn’t bring herself to meet his eyes, so she tilted her head and muttered to herself.
“Now that the manager knows I am coming and going, I don’t know how I’m going to act at work tomorrow.”
No excuse would work to deter Cha Eunhyuk right now, but Hyewon had to figure out something.
She had to say something so he would let her go.
“That’s simple.”
Eunhyuk’s hand slipped down and clasped hers and they strode through the hotel lobby.
Hyewon planted her feet like an animal being led to the slaughter, trying her hardest not to be dragged along, but it was no use.
Once they were in the elevator, Hyewon looked up at Eunhyuk with w*t eyes. He pressed his body against hers, making it impossible for her to move.
“You just need to make weird things not weird.”
“Are you crazy?”
The sobs that had been stuck in her throat had turned into a tantrum.
“Why the hell are you doing this to me?! Why do you keep sticking your nose into my life?! Why, why… Why?”
Hyewon’s lips turned blue as she trembled with fear.
Eunhyuk didn’t bat an eye.
Instead, he raised his thumb and rubbed her tear-soaked lips.
“Stop it. I’m going to f*ck you right now even if you protest it.”
“You pervert. Piece of sh*t.”
“That’s good to hear.”
Pressing his lips to her throat, Eunhyuk grabbed her jaw. Struggling to close her mouth, Hyewon lost and Eunhyuk plunged his tongue between her lips.
They were in the elevator.
“Ah…”
The tip of his tongue slid into her mouth and dominated inside.
It was an intense kiss that had no mercy and didn’t listen to her excuses.
Slowly, they parted, their lips slick with saliva.
“I think that assh*le saw you on the CCTV, coming in and out of my room.”
Eunhyuk was still firmly gripping Hyewon’s chin, staring down at her.
“You should show him more.”
Eunhyuk grabbed Hyewon’s head, which was struggling to stay still, and spun her around. She was thankful to be standing with her back to him.
One corner of his mouth twisted up in satisfaction as he held her out on display for the CCTVs.
“What the hell do you think you’re going to do with me?”
It’s crazy.
He’s crazy.
he is honestly psychotic but hyewon is unbelievably frustrating like girly REFUSES to be honest
