Dark Dad's Rebirth - Chapter 10. The Real Aria (6)
Chapter 10. The Real Aria (6)
Her entire world revolved around Caelius. Even if she enjoyed a delicious meal at a banquet without him, admired a beautiful view in his absence, or heard sweet music in a place without him, it all connected back to Caelius.
She would share the meal with him later. She would return to appreciate the view with him. She would come back to listen to the music with him later.
Her jewel-like golden eyes sparkled the most when she thought of Caelius, and her flawless cheeks looked their best when she saw him.
“Daddy, these are cookies from the Count’s manor,” Aria said, holding a cookie in front of Caelius that had only been nibbled on in the banquet hall. If Goshen had known, he would have been shocked, but Aria did this regularly.
She wasn’t trying to show off.
It was more like she wanted to share the tasty things she had eaten, the beautiful things she had seen, and the pleasant things she had heard.
Of course, it wasn’t something a typical noble would do, no matter how kind they were, and Aria wasn’t a typical noble.
“These were the best cookies I had at the banquet, so I brought them!” Aria exclaimed. Caelius couldn’t quite grasp her excitement as she extended the last of the cookies to him. Initially, he thought she might be teasing him, but her oddly amused expression and the absence of any ill intent made it challenging to decipher her intentions.
“Why?” Caelius asked, genuinely puzzled by her behavior.
The answer was simple and direct. “Because it’s delicious!” Aria responded.
Upon hearing the answer, he found it equally perplexing. If it’s good, there’s plenty of it in the manor. She could have the palace pastry chef bake a whole batch of such cookies if she desired; Caelius possessed the power to arrange that.
“Daughter, there are plenty of cookies that don’t have to be from an earl’s house to be delicious,” Caelius explained.
Then Aria smiled shyly, her eyes twinkling, and whispered, “But I want you to know that I enjoyed them, don’t you think?”
There was not a hint of insincerity in her words. However, Caelius didn’t immediately grasp her meaning. The notion of sharing the pleasure he felt with someone else had never occurred to him. Instead of responding, he stared into Aria’s eyes, her golden lashes fluttering up and down. She appeared completely innocent as she gazed at him, wide-eyed like an eager child.
“Doesn’t your dad do that?” Caelius asked.
“Do what?” Aria inquired.
“Well, when you see something delicious or pretty, do you want to share it with someone you like?” Caelius asked.
“I don’t” Aria responded.
Caelius cut her off. “I’ve never had a crush, so how could I know what it feels like?”
Interrupted, Aria awkwardly scratched the back of her head for a moment, then smiled. “With my mom?”
He understood she meant Aeryn. Caelius spoke up, his voice devoid of emotion. “It was simply a political engagement.”
“Mmm…….”
“I was never in love with Aeryn.” It sounded oddly apologetic, and whether it was or not, Aria chuckled and casually slipped her arm around Caelius. “What about the other girls?” Aria asked.
One of his eyebrows raised at the mention of other women. “From what I’ve heard, you were very popular even before you met my mom; I heard that even royalty from other countries were lining up to marry you.”
“Who says such nonsense?”
He wasn’t entirely wrong, so denying it felt a bit amusing.
“Don’t you ever think about that when you look at pretty princesses or princesses from other countries?”
“No.”
“Oh, you’re not lying, are you?”
Aria inquired, pressing her cheek against his. Her hazel eyes sparkled with anticipation.
Certainly, the expectation was that he had never felt the same love for another woman. Aria contradicted herself, and Caelius chuckled at her puzzled expression.
“Even if you haven’t.”
“Really? Really?” It should have been annoying to ask the same question so many times, but Caelius merely smiled meekly.
He was aware that he was lavishing Aria. She was the first woman to have flirted with him in this style and not been booted out for bugging him with trivial questions.
Caelius casually wrapped his arms around her waist, finding the way she looked up at him like a puppy quite cute.
“Nothing.”
Aria blushed bright red, then buried her face in his chest.
Aria was fine with it even if it was a one-sided affair.
She may not have had parental or heterosexual affection, but she was being treated differently.
* * *
“Archduke, what insolence!”
It was a banquet with Caelius as usual, but unlike usual, the mood was not good. Naturally, it was the Emperor’s aristocrats who were the first to speak up. Or, more precisely, they were having a shady conversation about which country to send Aria, the symbol of royalty, to, when Caelius caught them in the act.
“You have said the same thing about my lovely daughter,” Caelius mumbled something uninteresting in a dull tone, the champagne glass in his hand sparkling like a crystal. The commotion startled Aria, who was with her fellow youngsters, and she turned to him.
“Oh, Dad…!”
Aria stuttered, reaching for him. Then Caelius, who had been keeping a stoic expression on his face, greeted her with a subtle change of expression that only she could recognize.
“My daughter, I’m sorry for the commotion.” Caelius cupped Aria’s cheek affectionately and kissed her hair. He was more affectionate than usual, perhaps because so many eyes were on him. Whether it was contrived or not, Aria smirked, simply because she liked Caelius being so special to her, and then a subtle smile crossed his bored face.
It was a very subtle change, but Aria noticed it, and with a tinge of anticipation, she burrowed into his arms.
“Uh, no,” she whimpered, her voice rising to a whisper. Several of the ladies giggled; it was no secret that he disliked women who whimpered like children. Still, Caelius simply wrapped his arm around Aria’s shoulders in a loving embrace.
Aria smiled softly at the bowing women. She didn’t show it, but at times like this, she felt a strange sense of triumph. A sense of superiority, that they weren’t like her.
As she stepped out onto the deserted terrace, Caelius joined her, as if waiting for her. Startled by the suddenness of his behavior, Aria stiffened like a board. Then he patted her on the back as if to tell her to relax. He opened his fangs and nibbled carelessly till she gasped for air and he let her.
“Heh…… daddy……?”
She recovered her breath and looked up at Caelius, who clicked his tongue and mumbled.
“I feel like shit.”
He didn’t appear to be as happy as usual. She could feel the annoyance in his eyes as he lowered his gaze slightly. He wiped the lipstick from the corner of her mouth and searched his pockets for a drug.
Aria exclaimed and wrapped her arms around Caelius’ neck, kissing him once again. Their lips separated with an audible whimper, and she kissed his cheek and lips with additional whimpers.
There was a significant height difference between her and Caelius, and she had to work hard to keep up with him. Caelius’ countenance softened as he saw this, and he lowered himself to her waist.
“Feeling better?”
The puppy-dog eyes, sparkling jeweled pupils, pouty tiny lips, and peachy pink cheeks on Aria’s face as she asked the question were enough to make any man’s heart skip a beat.
Even if she didn’t have the luscious br*asts or shallow pelvis of a damsel in distress, Caelius thought she was charming.
It was surely a unique perspective on someone else.
Thanks to Aria, the hallucinogenic thoughts had been erased from his mind. The dirty feeling had vanished as neatly as it had come. Still, Caelius found her insignificant and ridiculous as he tried to make himself feel better.
“No.”
At that, Aria’s expression turned visibly sour. Her eyes, which had been confidently raised in anticipation, drooped wistfully. She pursed her lips, wondering what more she could do. Her slightly furrowed brow was out of character for her usually composed demeanor.
Caelius’ sadism was motivated by her seemingly innocuous acts.
The writhing tiny shoulders and hands beneath him made him want to crush her beneath me. He wanted to rip her tightly bound clothing to shreds and devour her body ruthlessly.
It was a filthy, disgusting notion, in stark contrast to her ostensibly innocent countenance. The thought caused her bottom to tighten. Caelius grabbed her by the shoulders and dragged her to her knees in front of him.
Panicked, Aria looked up at him, her eyes wide with surprise. Then, with a languid look on his face, he whispered.
“S*ck it.”
He gestured to his front with an arrogant jerk of his chin. She gaped in surprise, then asked timidly.
“Here?” “Do you mean here……?”
Caelius didn’t respond, instead staring down at her, his jaw clenched and a bored expression on his face.
He wanted to mess with her face, which appeared to have been neglected for years. He wanted to bury his c*ck in her freshly closed lips, shake her, and c*m down her throat. Such promiscuous desires filled the depths of his blackened eyes. But Aria had no way of knowing what he was thinking.
She didn’t say anything else after Caelius remained silent, figuring he was in a bad mood. Instead of annoying him with bells and whistles, she clumsily unbuttoned his front.
Despite his comfortable posture, Caelius’s erect p*nis was suddenly shoved in front of her face. Befuddled by its massive size, Aria let out a silly, childish squeak before rolling her eyes and clumsily gripping the shaft with both hands.
She’d shared her body with Caelius numerous times, but she’d never seen a p*nis so close.
“What am I supposed to do……?” Aria ran her fingers over her lips and fiddled with the p*nis in her hand.
“I’ll put it in my mouth.”
Her clenched lips slowly parted, and with difficulty, she managed to bite down on the tip of the glans. Her jaw stiffened as she fumbled with the tip.
“Ah, Ava.”
She tried to yell out for her father, but couldn’t because she was biting his p*nis. Caelius watched her, one corner of his mouth twitching with the satisfaction he’d hoped for.
“Yi, either…….” she said, biting down on her father’s c*ck with damp, wet eyes.
He wanted to ask her how she did it, but all he could say was mumble. Caelius knew exactly what she wanted to say, but he pretended to be foolish on purpose. Eventually, Aria nibbled at the tip of his glans like she was eating whipped cream. In her mouth, his c*ck was hot and hard. And he smelled like a man, fishy and sour. It wasn’t unpleasant. She would have preferred to s*ck his feet rather than his c*ck.
Her hands were so tight on his c*ck that it ached, and her mouth chewed at his glans with teeth she didn’t know how to use.
He opened his eyes shyly and stared at Aria, who was groaning and licking his c*ck and completely unaware that Caelius was watching her. Her golden gaze shifted to Caelius, interested in his reaction.
Their gazes met as he returned her gaze. Aria jerked her head away, startled. It was the same expression.
She hadn’t expected to make eye contact with him, so she fumbled and licked on his glans to hide her embarrassment. She bit down so hard that she made a gurgling sound. The corners of her mouth were slick with messy saliva from the effort.
She s*cked on his c*ck in the manner of a newborn suckling on its mother’s br*ast, rather than as a s*xual caress.
Caelius grinned at how different things were from his vision, and then gently stroked Aria’s damp hair back from her face.
“There, that’s enough.”
He murmured this while gently pulling her forehead away. Then, as if she’d been waiting for it, he spat his c*ck out of her mouth.
“Pfft…….”
Caelius wiped the corner of her mouth with the sleeve of her shirt before lifting her and straddling her thighs. She was facing him in an instant, her lips curled in embarrassment. She was embarrassed to look him in the eyes after l*cking his c*ck from below.
