Beast, Blue Blood - Chapter 94
Chapter 94
“Can I come in?”
Having asked, Ha-yeon didn’t wait for a response and walked in. The door closed behind her.
Soon, Ha-yeon reached out and cupped Si-woo’s face as she approached.
“Have you been drinking?”
Her sweet voice was filled with s*xual insinuation, much like a lover’s. Ha-yeon scanned Si-woo up and down without getting an answer.
“You look like a man.”
And then she laughed deeply.
“Good. You look great. I thought I’d like you as Selena, but seeing you in your original form… I really can’t stand it.”
Ha-yeon kissed Si-woo. Their lips melded deeply, and her soft, cute tongue entered his mouth all at once.
Si-woo squeezed his eyes shut and lightly pushed Ha-yeon away by gripping her shoulder.
“That day…”
It was hard to say anything else in front of her moist gaze, but he managed to steady himself.
“We didn’t, did we?”
“……”
For a moment, Ha-yeon twisted her lips.
“How stubborn you are.”
Ha-yeon reminisced about what had happened that day.
* * *
Si-woo licked from Ha-yeon’s chin down to her neck and blew hot breath on her. At the same time, he groped her over her jeans.
His large, warm palm caressed her while his fingers stroked as if craving what lay beyond the fabric. With only instinct remaining, he didn’t hesitate.
“Mm……”
Ha-yeon let out a small moan at the feeling of his touch on her sensitive areas. The inside’s temperature rose dangerously in an instant.
Jealousy surged to the point where he wanted to hit Si-woo, thinking about how Si-woo must have touched other women like this.
But when he bit her br*ast over her bra, she couldn’t think of anything else. Ha-yeon flinched.
“Si-woo……”
When she called out with a heated breath, Si-woo flinched and stopped. He then looked up at her.
“Miss.”
Si-woo muttered as if waking himself up rather than addressing her. Then, he staggered and rose from her.
“Si-woo.”
Ha-yeon quickly grabbed him, but Si-woo shrugged her off and got out of bed, his knees giving way as he collapsed.
“Si-woo, are you okay?”
As Ha-yeon was about to go to him, Si-woo reached out a hand to stop her.
“Don’t come.”
He shook his head, trying to regain his senses. Ha-yeon grabbed his arm.
“Si-woo, I’m fine.”
At that moment, Si-woo looked as if he had heard a promise from a devil to grant a wish. Even knowing that hell awaited after the wish was granted, he seemed to want to ignore the cost to be paid later in the face of the current horrifying temptation. And that was probably the most accurate expression of his psyche.
Ha-yeon felt sorry for pushing Si-woo to make a choice, but she just hoped he would lose his rationality.
Si-woo placed his hands on the floor to lift himself and suddenly banged his head on the ground as if he were doing penance.
Bang!
Since he was a vampire, the floor split with an enormous sound.
“Si-woo……!”
As Ha-yeon rushed in surprise, Si-woo looked up with a staggered head. Ha-yeon grabbed his shoulder to lift him and asked urgently.
“Are you okay? What are you doing?”
Of course, she should feel more sorry for the floor than for his forehead, but she couldn’t help but worry about the man she cared for.
“It’s not possible. Under the influence of the drug, I can’t… do anything terrible to you.”
Si-woo mumbled and tried to push Ha-yeon away, intending to bang his head again. It seemed he had chosen an extreme method to regain his senses.
But “terrible things,” what a rather old-fashioned choice of words, Ha-yeon thought with frustration.
“This is what I want, so how can it be something terrible?”
She felt like pleading for him to do that “terrible thing” with all her heart.
“Still, it’s not possible. Not like this… this way…”
With his mind in disarray and now banging his head, Si-woo babbled incoherently. Ha-yeon pulled his arm to make him look at her and asked.
“Then, if you hadn’t taken the drug? If you hadn’t taken it, would you do it with me?”
Si-woo looked at her with somewhat dazed eyes and suddenly pulled her into his arms. Ha-yeon was startled by the unexpected move.
“I can’t.”
The desperate gesture didn’t match the words. As she was about to get annoyed, Si-woo muttered.
“I want to, but I can’t.”
‘This is…’
Such honesty, Ha-yeon rolled her eyes. Whoever gave him the drug was to be thanked.
“I’m a mummy, you know.”
Her breathing, which usually didn’t quicken, was now rough.
When she pushed him away from her shoulders, Si-woo closed his eyes and gasped, his face red with fever and his lips w*t, giving off a particularly lewd impression.
“You don’t look like a mummy at all.”
Whether Si-woo knew or not that Ha-yeon was staring at him as if entranced, he continued.
“I’ve killed a lot of bad guys… met many women, and I have something like a mental illness.”
“The more you live, the more past sins acc*mulate. When I’m about six hundred years old, it will be worse, if not more, than it is now. And why is that a mental illness? It’s just that you were temporarily out of your mind because of bad experiences. But let’s talk about the women part later.”
As if he hadn’t heard the last part, Si-woo muttered.
“No. You are… pure.”
Ha-yeon laughed briefly.
“What do you think of me? I’m just an ordinary person. A swearing person, living with the anxiety of feeling like I don’t belong in my perfect family. Just such a person.”
Then she shrugged.
“Somehow, this has turned into a fault-finding meeting.”
Si-woo shook his head.
“If you smile… everything will be okay.”
He spoke slowly as if lost in thought and then suddenly went limp, appearing to lose consciousness.
“Si-woo.”
Startled, Ha-yeon shook him by the shoulder.
“Chu Si-woo. Hey?”
Even after shaking him harder, Si-woo hung his head and did not wake up.
“Are you joking? You’re just going to sleep like this? Huh? After getting me all worked up…!”
She was inexperienced but had desires nonetheless.
But no matter how much she shouted, the man who had already fainted wouldn’t come back.
In despair, Ha-yeon lay down and swept her disheveled hair, then got up.
At least, this helped her regain some composure. It didn’t seem like he had taken a dangerous drug, but she needed to confirm with a doctor. Only then did the thought of calling a doctor hit her in her blinded desire.
Ha-yeon slid her arms under Si-woo’s armpits and dragged him onto the bed.
“Don’t… do it…”
Even amidst this, Si-woo mumbled. Ha-yeon was exasperated.
“I’m not doing it, I’m not.”
Si-woo seemed to understand those words and fell into a deep sleep, or rather, fainted.
Ha-yeon roughly brushed her hair back and spoke into her wristband.
“Call a doctor.”
[Yes.]
Then Ha-yeon rummaged through her bag and pulled out a cigarette. Stepping out onto the veranda, she scowled and smoked a cigarette. Soon after, the doorbell rang. She put out the cigarette and opened the door to find the doctor standing there.
“Come in.”
Ha-yeon said and went inside. The doctor, surprised to see Si-woo lying on the bed, asked.
“What happened?”
“It seems someone drugged him while he was drinking at the bar.”
Ha-yeon explained as she poured the drinks. The doctor looked at Si-woo with a serious expression.
“Do you know what kind of drug it was?”
“I don’t know.”
The doctor then examined Si-woo.
“It doesn’t seem to be a dangerous drug. He’s just asleep.”
Then the doctor tidied up his tools.
“Please let me know when he wakes up. He’ll need to be examined after all.”
“Yes, thank you.”
The doctor, who was about to leave, looked at Ha-yeon with curiosity.
“So, what kind of alcohol are you drinking like that?”
He couldn’t help but ask after seeing her down three gla$ses straight in that spot.
“I’m trying to calm down.”
The doctor nodded at Ha-yeon’s words.
“It seems you were shocked. Don’t worry. He’ll be fine once he wakes up.”
With nothing more to say to the clueless doctor, Ha-yeon simply bade him farewell.
“Be careful going home.”
After seeing off the doctor and returning, Ha-yeon set the gla$s down and approached Si-woo. He looked peaceful while deeply asleep. He seemed calm and beautiful, like a sleeping prince.
She brushed the fallen hair away from his face.
“Sleep well.”
She kissed his forehead and whispered with clenched teeth,
“I won’t be so lenient next time.”
* * *
Si-woo felt relieved when he learned what had happened after he fainted from the drug.
In truth, he could tell by his own physical condition whether they had had s*x or not, but he was anxious because he couldn’t rem*mber when exactly he lost consciousness. He was unsure if they had gone as far as possible without intercourse.
But then, Ha-yeon in front of him suddenly started unfastening the waist belt of her trench coat.
“So, I was planning to do it today.”
She then shrugged off the trench coat over her shoulders.
The coat fell to the floor, revealing a body in red underwear that seemed fit for the most intense dreams. Si-woo felt as if someone had punched him in the abdomen.
“…Miss.”
He spoke softly as if carefully enunciating each syllable.
“Your whole body is turning red.”
Ha-yeon, whose entire body was gradually turning pink as if barely meeting his gaze, blushed a tomato-red shade even on her face. At that moment, the red underwear and her body were almost indistinguishable. It was evident that someone inexperienced was making quite an effort.
Ha-yeon’s expression turned sour.
“Seriously, you always have to cause trouble.”
Turning away dismissively, Ha-yeon picked up the trench coat.
Seeing her back, which was barely covered by a thin strap across it, Si-woo was dismayed. Considering she had come this far like this, he wanted to knock her down and give her a good scolding.
Really…
But he couldn’t take his eyes off the spot just below the bra strap.
At that moment, Ha-yeon stood up, brushing her disheveled hair.
“It’s my fault for expecting something from you.”
She said and walked past Si-woo to sit on the sofa in her underwear. Then, like a weary woman, she crossed her legs, rested one arm on the sofa back, and spoke.
“Do you think I enjoy this? Just get me a drink.”
Si-woo sighed and approached the sofa, kneeling before Ha-yeon.
“Miss, I…”
It seemed better not to say that he hoped to meet a man more suited to her. It was his sincere feeling, but Ha-yeon wouldn’t listen to it anyway. So, instead, he said.
“There’s still something unresolved.”
Ha-yeon sighed and lifted Si-woo’s chin to make him look at her.
“How long are you going to live like this?”
