CHAPTER 1 – PART 2

In the early hours of the morning, just as the sun was rising, a sedan glided into a luxurious mansion.    The study was brightly lit. As I entered the house, I saw a man sitting on the living room couch.

His narrow forehead, pointed nose, and full lips seemed to reveal his character. His sunken eyes and piercing gaze seemed particularly cold-blooded.

It had been five years since she had seen him, but Kang-woo’s eyes were cold.

“You sent the carrier to your secretary and stayed up all night drinking for the second day?”

“It’s just, I haven’t seen my friends in a while.”

“You can start at the company next week, I’ve made room for you.”

“Is there a place for me in the group? I don’t think there is anymore because my brothers are in charge of their own companies.”

The group that was set up had four boys and one girl. The only impure one was Kang-woo. They were a happy family on the outside, but they lived in tension like they were always on a tightrope.

He was far down the list of the most sensitive successors. Virgie raised her children for my ambitions.    Perhaps he had prepared a place for me while he was away.

Kang-woo was very curious about what that position might be, but he didn’t hold back.

“Guanghua Construction, our group has decided to take over the company, and there will be an article soon.”

“……!” Kangwoo’s eyes widened.

I’ve heard rumors that Guanghua Construction is struggling for funds, but it was once the most prominent construction company in the country, and now it’s being acquired by a group of companies!

The company’s size was reduced by 1/100 due to the IMF, but….    ‘The construction industry….’

Kang-woo smirked. He stared at his father, a little stiffly.

“The construction industry…. Don’t you think it’s too late? Korean construction isn’t even a boom anymore. There are tons of companies out there.”

“You start when you think it’s too late. That’s why I called you. You must have learned a lot from studying abroad.”

“I did. A lot.”

Kang-woo glared at his father. He’d chosen architecture because it was his aptitude, but he hadn’t expected to be swept up in his ambition.  It didn’t matter.  As long as I succeeded in his other endeavor and found my place in the world, I was content.

“That’s good. I haven’t organized the departments yet, so you can start your own team. Now, this is a piece of land outside of Gyeonggi that I bought a while ago. It’s about 50,000 square meters, so it shouldn’t be difficult to build anything.”

Chairman Seok threw a photo at him. The 50,000 square meters of land had long been restricted by a development zone, making it a wasteland.

There was an invisible tension between Kang-woo and Mr. Seok.  Kang-woo asked.

“You’re going to have to keep that promise.”

It’s been a month since she had a one-night stand with a man whose name she didn’t recognize. Ha-eun had to get back to her busy life.

Today, she stopped by her mom’s hospital before heading to the field. As I put the side dishes I made last night into the refrigerator in her room, I asked.

“Mom, how are you feeling today?”

“I’m fine.”

“Chit, aren’t you lying because I’m worried about you?”

“No, I’m fine.” I put the half-empty bowl away.

“You should stop eating porridge….”

“It’s antelope porridge. Look at my belly from eating so much.”

Ha-eun pouted and laughed at the sight of her mother’s broken stomach.  It was a series of misfortunes, but crying didn’t change reality, so she accepted it as fate.

Worrying is not good for your health, so she was especially sassy.

“How’s Young-eun doing in school?”

her mom prodded. How disappointed would she be if she found out I’d had a one-night stand with a guy whose name I didn’t recognize at the club? She’d caught me sleeping with Young-eun, so she’d give me a stern look.

“Yes, she’s grown up. How much she nags. Her ears are burning. She’s so, so like you Mom.”

“She’s grown up. Our youngest.”

“You’re growing up fast, aren’t you? It seems like just yesterday you were crawling.”

Mom laughed out loud.

“You were a baby then, too. You sound like a married person with a couple of kids… It’s funny….”

“Is it because I raised you? You’re like a child, not a sister.”

She was half-joking, but she had often taken care of Young-Eun instead of her weak mother, so she felt like a child. Mom looked at Ha-eun wistfully.

“You look beautiful. It gives me strength when I see you two.”

“Mom, don’t worry about us, just get well.”

“I’m sorry, daughter.” Mom’s voice was moist.

“What are you talking about? That’s not how family talks.”

Ha-eun lightly rubbed her mother’s limbs. Her heart ached for her mother’s skinny body.

“By the way, your company has been in the news a lot lately….”

“Huh?”

“Are you having a hard time at work?”

“No, what’s wrong?”

Ha-Eun lied. It was true that the atmosphere at the company had been tense lately.  First of all, the paychecks were coming a month late.  She heard stories about the company’s difficulties here and there, and she was worried that the company she had worked so hard for was going to go wrong.

“Mom, who am I? I’m Doha-eun, I can go anywhere.”

Despite saying so, Ha-Eun took a good bite of the flesh in her mouth.

The construction company was a shadow of its former glory, but the sense of accomplishment she felt when a house was built or altered according to her plans was indescribable. She grew faster than her peers who joined large companies.

I passed the internship program within three months of joining the company. As if that wasn’t enough, I was shortlisted against people years older than me, and my designs were selected every time. All my hard work and design studies paid off.

She hadn’t given up on her studies, but she was worried about the atmosphere in the company.  It was 11 a.m. when I entered the office.  The air in the office was heavier today.

There were many unfamiliar faces in the lobby, so I felt unnecessarily intimidated. Guanghua Construction Design Department.  This was the department where Ha-eun worked for two years.

“Mr. Kim, what’s going on in the office?”

“It’s blown up. Finally.”

“What?”

“Look at this.”

Team Leader Kim held out his cell phone. Ha-eun’s heart dropped. The media was all over the story.

[Guanghua Construction was ultimately unable to withstand its massive debt and was acquired by Jung-Han Group, which was the equivalent of moving to a new home; many are interested to see what the future holds for the company].

“Merger and acquisition? Oh no, how can I do that, really, our company….”

The company changed hands overnight. A sigh escaped his lips.

“The word got out from the top, and here we are. It’s like this….”

“Ah… I knew we were struggling for funds, but are we doomed?”

The entire design department was in turmoil. Not just the design department, but the entire company. One of the team members was stomping his feet.

“What can I do, I’m living paycheck to paycheck….”

“Everyone in the office is like that. Oh, really… It’s crazy.”

“Well, it’s a merger, so it’s going to work out somehow. It’s not like we’re going bankrupt or something, so don’t worry too much.”

Team Leader Kim ruffled his hair roughly. Ha-eun’s mind went blank.

Mergers and acquisitions are no picnic. The company you’ve worked so hard for two years will change hands.

“If it’s a merger and acquisition, all the executives will have to leave, right? There will be new executives from the headquarters of the Jung-han Group….”

“Of course,” said Ha-eun,

“We won’t be able to rest assured.” Ha-Eun sulked, and her teammates glanced at her.

“Well, Ha-Eun, it’s not like it’s not possible, right?

The higher-ups chose HaEun’s design a few times…

“It was just luck.”

Architectural design was the only thing she knew how to do. As a child, she loved to decorate her home, so becoming an architectural designer came naturally.  After seeing the job posting, she took a test with a portfolio she had been drawing for a while and got hired.

I joined the company after steady efforts.  Even in small and medium-sized construction companies, there was a 50:1 competition rate for jobs. I felt helpless because such a company was about to be acquired.  Above all, it seemed that restructuring was inevitable due to the merger and acquisition.

It was then.  I saw Mr. Seol entering the executive meeting.

“Shhh, Gu, here comes the chief.”

“…….”

“I know you’re all surprised by the article, but the merger has been finalized.”

“Aah…. Mr. Seol, what’s going to happen to us?”

“The senior executives will have to go, but… Below the division level, they’ll be absorbed in the merger and acquisition,”

Mr. Seol said. Everyone let out a heavy sigh. I was relieved to hear that I would be taking over as it was.

“The company’s owner has changed, but the work we do is the same, so don’t worry about it.”

“Yes. Ms. Haeun, did you finish the last design?”

“Wait a minute.”

Ha-eun went back to her desk and took the design she had just finalized to Chief Seol’s desk. After skimming her design, Chief Seol handed it back to Ha-eun.

“From today on, it’s not for me to see.”

“What?”

“Go to the general manager’s office now. The company has changed hands, so you have to please the new general manager, not us.”

“Didn’t you say you were here after an executive meeting earlier?”

“It’s just that the story broke late. It’s like the company has already changed hands. The new general manager is already here today….”

“Heck, me?!”

He said the new general manager was also at the executive meeting.

“It must have been very urgent. To have a general manager come from headquarters this quickly….”

“…….”

“The new general manager has been looking at several portfolios, and he liked your design, Ms. Haeun, and he’s instructed me to bring it in person.”

“Oh, well, I’ll get it ready then.”

“Ms. Ha-eun,” he called after me as I turned around.

“Yes, sir. You should know that the fate of our design team rests on your shoulders.”

“What?? What do you mean?”

“Rumor has it that headquarters keeps a close eye on the employees they acquire, and they probably won’t tolerate even the smallest mistake.”

“Then….”

“What do you mean, They’re going to do a merger and acquisition, but if they don’t like our work, they’re going to get rid of you.”

“…ah….”

I snapped out of it. I wasn’t at the stage where I should be relieved yet.

“Still, since the design that the general manager took was Ha-eun’s draft, it seems like Ha-eun has become the main design department.”

“It’s a lot of pressure “

“I’m telling you to take it on. Do your best.”

“Yeah. I will.”

“Oh, don’t be surprised by the head of the department.”

“Why?”

“No, I should say don’t fall in love. What kind of man is so good that…….”

Behind Mr. Seol’s stern voice, Ha-eun stepped out into the hallway with the original design in hand. As a small construction company, the building was only five stories tall. Executives were talking on the phone all over the hallway.  Everyone looked like they were about to die. She didn’t feel comfortable.

I took the elevator to the fifth floor, and there it was: the general manager’s office. My heart was pounding in my chest. In the meantime, the secretaries had changed, and I saw new faces.

‘The owner has changed, so it must be the same here… only….’

“Ms. Doha-eun from the design team?”

“Yes.”

“Please wait.”

The secretary knocked on the door, and I heard a man’s voice inside. The voice sounded familiar from somewhere…

“Mr. General Manager, Ms. Do ha-eun is coming in.”

The secretary nodded, and Ha-eun bowed. She felt nervous in front of the new owner, the head of the design department.

“Nice to meet you. I’m Ha-eun, from the design team.”

The general manager was speechless.  When I slowly lifted my head, he was staring out the window.

“Look at the key…

It was huge. He had to be at least six-foot-four. He was wearing a well-fitted suit, and my eyes were drawn to his broad shoulders. ‘Maybe the term suit sucker is a reference to that guy….’

She couldn’t help but stare at him.

When the man, who had been deep in thought for some time, turned around, she was stunned. It was the same man from the night before, the one she had never forgotten, with his chiseled face and chilling expression. Even now, a month later, he was still the same man she hadn’t dared to forget.

Please tell me this is a lie! This is not true. Why is he here? Ha-eun’s heart was racing. She was speechless with embarrassment. The man stared at her.

‘I don’t remember. It’s been over a month now, and I’m not the same person I was then. We were both drunk, and we didn’t even know each other’s names.’

That day, Jisoo had changed her into someone else with her makeup skills, so there was a good chance she wouldn’t recognize her. But the reunion with her one-night stand sent a trickle of sweat down Ha-eun’s spine.

‘…Please, don’t remember….’

Ha-Eun’s heart raced. Her eyes pierced her skin.

“You look familiar….”

“That can’t be right, I just met you for the first time today.”

Ha-eun decided to trust Ji-soo’s makeup skills. My face was dull without the dark makeup, so I stopped trying.

“That’s it, then.”

“…….”

“I’m calling you directly because I have a question, and I need a designer to explain this to me.”

“Sure, go ahead.”

“Let’s sit down.”

Ha-eun sat down across from Kang-woo. Just then, the secretary served tea. Ha-eun was thirsty, so she drank the tea cold. Out of the corner of her eye, Kang-woo looked at Ha-eun and then looked away.

“Here, this part. Why did you leave it empty?”

The rainfall pointed to the center of the building. I designed the house in a square shape, leaving the center empty and open to the sky.

“It’s a place to grow a small garden or vegetable patch. Modern people are always looking to escape the sprawl of the city, so we’ve created that space in our homes.”

“If it rains, your clothes get wet, and if it snows, it’s a hassle to clean up, right?”

“It’s quaint.”

“I wonder if busy modern people have time to appreciate it?”

“That’s what I was looking for. If you think about what home is, it’s a place where you want to relax, right? I wanted to create a place where you don’t have to leave the city to relax. Younger people can let their kids run around without worrying about noise from other floors, and middle-aged people can do their own thing and have a sense of homesteading.”

“Go ahead.”

Kang-woo sat cross-legged and pointed to the design with his chin. He’d come across as arrogant from the first time they’d met, even sober.  Ha-eun was secretly proud. She was still called the ace designer of Guanghua Construction, but when the company merged, she became a candle in the wind.

“Look here, I’ve added a glass cover to block out the sky in case of heavy rain or snowfall, and there’s an optional swimming pool for those who don’t want a garden.”

Ha-Eun drummed her fingers on my design, explaining it in detail. Her face was expressionless.

“You like it? You don’t like it?”

“No insight?”

“What?”

“To cut to the chase, your design is too bland.”

“…….”

“I want something that stands out a little more.”

“I don’t know what you want….”

“That’s for the designer to think about, come up with something else.”

“Okay,” HaEun replied, tensing up.

“I’ll have to see what my teammates can do this time. I don’t know if they can come up with a usable design.” “Ah….”

It sounded like the fate of the team was riding on this project. Everyone above the level of director of Guanghua Construction had resigned.

If they didn’t come up with a design that appealed to him, she’d be dropped like a fallen leaf in the rain. Kang-woo’s gaze fell on Ha-eun’s face. What’s with the ominous feeling? Does he recognize me?

“You should get out of here.”

“Okay.”

Ha-eun stood up and turned around her back tingling.

“Ms. Do ha-eun.”

Ha-eun turned and looked at Kang-woo. The corners of his mouth twitched.

“It’s a nice name.”

“…….”

“I’ve often imagined what that name would be like ever since.” My heart dropped.

“That’s a much prettier name than I expected.”

Ha-eun ran out of the general manager’s office and up to the roof. Ha-eun ran her hands through her hair.    Oh, no, no, no.  I want to die!

He remembered it all.

[Ha…this is crazy.]

[………wait….]

Her face heated up. The two of them had been in a flesh-burning heat all night.  I moaned intoxicatedly and moved to match his gestures.

I can still remember the night with him so strongly.

‘What am I going to do?

We’re going to run into each other again and again….’

Ha-eun stopped crying.

She couldn’t pick up the spilled water.

My one-night stand had become my boss, but I trusted that someone who could distinguish between public and private would not reveal my personal life.  As I walked down to the office, Team Leader Kim approached me.

“How’d it go? Did Mr. Dajain like it?”

“Nope. It was rejected.”

“What? What about Mr. Ha Han’s design? Isn’t it the one that everyone inside said was good?”

It was the one that passed before the merger.

“I’ll have to redraw it.”

“I can’t help it… Didn’t you hear anything else? Are we not going to get our heads blown off?”

The team members stopped what they were doing and all looked at HaEun.

“Is that….”

“Why?”

“…….”

“Tell me the truth. Ms. Ha-eun,”

Ha-eun sighed.

“I felt that if I didn’t show my skills properly, my position would be unstable in the future.”

“Huh…. Really? I knew it. It’s a merger and acquisition. If I screw up, I’ll lose my rice bowl. Do you want to kick them in the eye?”

For a moment, the office shook. Ha-Eun’s eyes flashed.

“This is not the time to be disappointed. On the contrary, if we come up with a design that the general manager likes, we’ll solidify our position.”

“That’s right,” Ha-eun said,

“you’re right a hundred times over. This is our chance.”

Team Leader Kim clapped his hands.

“Okay, we’re working overtime today, so let’s not go home for a while.”

“Yes, sir!”

The team meeting began.

* * * * * * * * * * *

‘Doha-eun’ had her first one-night stand. In my early twenties, I’d been in a relationship, but it was an emotionless encounter with no purpose other than to satisfy my lust.

But the smiling Ha-eun in my resume was different.  I couldn’t believe I was attracted to a woman I met in a club after coming to Korea for five years.

Her acting was so clumsy, lying without batting an eye.

‘I can’t believe there was such a face behind the heavy makeup….’

She was the first to suggest a one-night stand, even though she was dressed inappropriately for the occasion. Like the other patrons at the club, she was there for sex.

It was a one-night stand, a one-night stand, a one-night stand that I would never see again, but seeing her again sparked my curiosity.

“You’re the one who’s in trouble, aren’t you?”

she asked in her mind’s eye. Kang-woo flipped through Ha-eun’s designs one by one. It was fine. Perfect enough to be called an ace designer.

But if she wanted to build a townhouse in a large complex, she would have to emphasize its specialness. There are a lot of people who don’t want him to pass his father’s test.

His eyes narrowed as he remembered Seok Kang-hyun, the eldest son of the Jung family. A knock sounded on the door and a man entered.

“Hi.”

“What’s up?”

“I came to congratulate you.”

It was Woohyun, the president of a social club.

“It’s too early to congratulate you.”

“Do you have to humble yourself to me? From what I heard, the construction company is yours.”

“It’s just a rumor.”

Kang-woo’s smooth features frowned.

“You’re uncharacteristically tense. I can tell you’re not just going to hand it over.”

“Is that why you’re here?

“I just wanted to see the place.”

“I’m busy.”

“No matter how busy you are, you should still have time to eat with your best friend.”

“Make an appointment.”

“There’s a cafeteria, right? Let’s go. The new owners scare the employees if they’re too uptight.”

Again, his curiosity centered on the cafeteria. Woohyun had a habit of visiting his friends when they arrived at work for the first time and taking a tour of the cafeteria, where he would fill in the blanks based on the stories and atmosphere he saw and heard.

He looked at his watch and saw it was after noon. They needed to get him back quickly. The two went down to the cafeteria.

As Woohyun picked up his plate, his eyes locked on one thing.

“What? That face… I think I’ve seen you before. Where?”

“……………”

Woohyun has hawk eyes that never forget a woman they’ve seen.

“I recognize her…

“Oh, the girl who was dancing weirdly at the club, right?”

“Well, she’s the one who slept with you, but did you forget about her?”

“Did you?”

Kang Woo said bluntly.

“What a surprise. You used to be an employee of Guanghua Construction….”

“I’m not interested.”

“What, you’re not interested in that? You’re surrounded by male employees?”

“She must be popular.”

True to her word, there were a lot of men around Ha-eun. Not only her teammates, but men in front of her, behind her, and to the side were talking to her countless times.

It was very annoying. Woohyun’s lips curled into a long smile.

“That doesn’t sound like the words of a man who was desperately asking for her identity.”

That day, I couldn’t help but feel beaten and abandoned by her sudden disappearance. He wondered who she was, even though they had never seen each other, but he knew nothing about her, either.

* * * * * * * * * * *

There were quite a few employees who were curious about the new head of the company. It was painful to answer them all, so Hyun-jung, sitting next to him, grabbed Ha-eun by the collar.

“Bo, it must be the general manager! Are you Ha-Eun?”

“Yes. That’s right.”

“Heh, I thought you were a model. Your halo is amazing. I’ve heard rumors that you’re handsome, but a man like that… I’ve never seen him before.”

“I’d fall for him even if I were a man.”

Team Leader Kim interjected.

“Pooh-pooh. You’re going to get in trouble, Mr. Kim.”

“Talking about laughing.”

“He’s not very gentle, is he?”

Ha-eun glanced at Kang-woo. She’d known from the start that he was cold, but the others felt the same way.

“He sounds a bit difficult. They say he’s a hard-ass and a perfectionist.”

“Any other rumors?”

Ha-eun’s ears perked up at the two.

“He just came back to Korea after studying abroad.”

“So, it’s not a rumor that he’s the third son of the chairman of the company?”

“He’s a third-generation chaebol. He said he studied abroad for five years and learned architecture, so of course he must have gone straight through the management course, so you have to be above average to be in his eyes.”

I expected a chaebol, but it was the son of the chairman of the company. You slept with a man like that, even one night…

The taste of rice disappeared. Ha-eun got up with the barely touched plate.

“Ms. Ha-eun, why are you getting up from eating?”

“I forgot to make an important phone call.”

“Finish your meal.”

“Don’t mind me, finish your meal.”

Ha-eun quickly left the table. Ha-eun walked to the fire escape and called Ji-soo. Jisoo was surprised.

[Is that true? Is he really the general manager? How could there be such a coincidence? This is amazing!]

“This is the worst. What is she going to do?”

My eyes glazed over.

[What did he say to you?]

“He just… didn’t say anything.”

[“Well, I don’t think you need to worry about it. It’s only one night, and I’m sure you’ll both want to forget about it. I know it’s uncomfortable, but unless they bring it up again, you can ignore it].

“Right….”

Then, a sigh.

[Dohaeun, the only aberration in your life, you have to look more determined in times like this. I mean, act like you don’t care].

“Then they won’t mind, will they?”

[Of course not. They’re just guys at a club, trying to enjoy a one-night stand.]

“That’s good,” Jisoo said comfortingly.

Men in and out of clubs, looking for a one-night stand.  Ha-Eun bit her lip. She looked up and stretched her back.

She tried to stay out of the rain as much as possible at work. She had to see him to review the designs she’d been working on, but she was determined to act decisively.

When she left the office to go home, it suddenly poured. They said the summer rainy season would come soon, but it came without warning.

Instead of an umbrella, Ha-Eun put her bag over her head and ran to the stop.  Just then, a familiar white car pulled up in front of her. The window rolled down to reveal a familiar face.

“Ha-eun.”

“Huh? Hyo-won’s brother. How did you get here….”

“I had some errands around here. Come on, get in the car. It’s raining.”

“Yes.”

Hyo-won was Ji-soo’s brother. Just as she opened the door, a black sedan pulled up behind her brother’s car.    Ha-eun gasped, it was Kang-woo’s car again!

She couldn’t see his face through the thick tinted windows, but she knew it was him. Ha-eun hurriedly got into the car. As they pulled onto the road, Kang-woo’s car pulled up alongside Hyo-won’s.

“Do you recognize this car?”

“No.”

Ha-Eun shook her head.

“Here, towel.”

“Thanks, brother.”

Ha-eun took the towel and wiped her wet face and arms.

“It’s hard these days, isn’t it? The people at the headquarters are like a bunch of jerks….”

“I’m getting there.”

“Your bosses will recognize your talent, too, just by the way they choose your designs for their clients.”

“Thank you for your concern.”

I could feel my brother’s sincerity.

“Now that we’re here, we should talk about something I’ve been meaning to tell you. If you’re Ji-soo’s friend, you’re like a little sister to me, so I should be able to let it go.”

“Feel free to talk.”

“Don’t go to the club.”

“Ah….”

Ha-eun shut her mouth.

“Josie, you got me,” he said,

“Even if you’re just there to get drunk, most of the people there are there to get laid, and even if you’re not, you’re going to get laid by the wrong people.”

“……I’m sorry.”

He didn’t seem to know that I’d had a one-night stand with a guy, but it was a huge blow to my image.

“I heard from Jisoo that you broke up with him.”

“Yeah.”

“Ha, from the first time I saw you, I knew you were going to stab me in the back one day. Good riddance. That kind of garbage should be sent to the incinerator.”

“Funny. That’s funny coming out of your mouth.”

“It’s because I’m angry.”

“I’ll figure it out, Doctor.”

Hyo-won was a doctor at the university hospital.

“Outside, it’s just you.”

“Yeah. Big brother.”

“Young-eun is good at studying, right?”

“I’m a senior in high school, so my nerves are on edge.”

“I know it’s hard for you as a parent. Call me anytime if you’re having a hard time.”

“I will.”

“Let’s see what time it is… Mmm, the bakery shouldn’t be closed yet. Let’s get some snacks for Young-eun.”

Hyo-won smiled sweetly.

* * * * * * * * * * *

Every once in a while, Hyo-won would stop by the bakery and send some bread. It was a famous bakery, so she knew who was sending it just by looking at the envelope.

“Hyo-won’s brother sent you!”

“Yeah. He told me to study well.”

“Aaah. That must be delicious. You’ve always been attracted to weird guys when there’s a good one right next to you.”

“Huh?”

“Hyo-won’s brother. He’s got a good personality, a good family, and he’s a surgeon. If I want to date him, I need to meet someone like that.”

“How can I date my friend’s brother?”

I had never seen him as a man before.

“Isn’t that more trustworthy?”

“High school student. You study. Save the love talk for when you’re older.”

Ha-eun pushed Young-eun’s forehead firmly. Young Eun opened her eyes wide.

“Chit, do you think I’m still a kid? I know I am.”

“You take your time.”

The sooner you recognize a man, the sooner it hurts. Young-eun hoped to meet a good man.

“I need to wash up and go to bed. I’m tired.”

* * * * * * * * * *

 That night, Ha-Eun dreamed.

[Relax. If you do that, you won’t even be able to fit your fingers in.] [……a….]

[Your body is hotter than I thought. I’m already getting hard.]

[That’s….] [You’re being gentle enough as it is].

It wasn’t gentle at all.  Parts of my body were frantically moving in and out, constantly stimulating my intimate parts. My head was like a firecracker going off, popping and exploding, and my body was even hotter.

Their tongues darted in and out, sucking on their lips. His grip on my waist tightened and he rocked against me.

Alas, it was madness. His eagerness made her cold senses explode all at once.

There was the constant sound of wet kisses between overlapping lips, and further down, her p*ssy was indescribably lewd. The wetness seemed to become a spring, and the spring a river.

Her juices ran down her p*ssy and dripped onto the sheets.

So far, sex with Zhuan had seemed like a joke, but Kang’s technique made me lose my mind. Her body swayed in the direction he shook… Ha-eun’s eyes widened.

‘It wasn’t so dreamy….’

HaEun sulked as she felt her damp underwear.  She hurriedly grabbed a change of clothes and went into the bathroom. A cool stream of water hit her body, but somehow it made her feel hotter.

I thought I had a low sex drive because I hadn’t had much sex with my ex-boyfriend, but I was wrong.

‘Get a grip. That man is the general manager, and you’re not going to make it in the company if you’re awake.’
