“Being kicked out… You mean she was killed?”

“Don’t say such things Miss…”

“But your salary will be cut down as a warning.”

What I was curious about wasn’t the salary, but I tried my best to extract more information from them.

From her question, I suddenly recalled Karen’s words. Even she asked me the same question.

I could tell right away that she wasn’t just asking about my likes or dislikes about that room.
